This villa is a great for your next family vacation! With 5 Bedrooms and 3 Bathrooms, this villa provides plenty of space for everyone to enjoy! It is just 15-20 minutes from Walt Disney World. and it is also very close to shopping and restaurants. As you enter this home, you’ll immediately notice the vaulted ceilings. The living area is modern and comfortable. It has 2 blue sofas, and a modern entertainment center that houses a flat screen TV. If you enjoy cooking, you’ll have no problems with efficient kitchen. It has modern appliances, a breakfast bar, comes fully equipped, and also has a breakfast nook with seating for up to four. If you need a little more room to eat your meal, the formal dining area has seating for up to six at its large table. After a long day, you will love coming home to enjoy the beautiful private pool and spa. Make sure you arrange to have the spa heated, in advance (for an additional fee). The pool area is screened in and has a privacy hedge that goes all the way around. If you’ve had enough of being outside, head to the games room in the garage to play with foosball table, darts, and pool table. There are 5 bedrooms. The first bedroom has a king-size bed with en-suite bathroom. The second and third bedrooms have a queen-size bed. The fourth bedroom has two single beds, and the fifth bedroom has two bunkbeds. Bedrooms four and five are perfect for kids. Need to do a little mid-stay laundry? No problem. This villa has a full-size washer and dryer.

Silver Creek rental home community is a delightful quiet community conveniently located one- and one-half miles north of US Highway 192 and just off Highway 27, the commute time to Walt Disney World is only 10 minutes. There is a shopping plaza located at the entrance of the community, which includes a supermarket, bank, post office, pharmacy, dentist, petrol station, dry cleaner, hairdresser and takeaway pizza (with free delivery). There is also a Wal-Mart and Lowe’s that is just south at Cagan’s Crossing and restaurants across the Highway in a newly constructed strip mall.
US Highway 192 is famous for the many unique souvenir shops, miniature golf courses, including Orange Lake Golf Club designed by Arnold Palmer and restaurants that are too numerous to mention!
