We were extremely pleased with the house, cleanliness, pool, area, closeness to attractions. The house had a great supply of cooking items. Lots of towels and linens with a large washing machine. 13 of us there from ages 2 up.

A great stay!!! This house has two living areas in addition to the game room. We had 8 people but there is definitely room for more. This is a clean,well stocked house with anything you might need from kitchen tool to pool towels and swim diapers. If we come back with a large group again we will definitely check to see if this house is available!

Very nice place to stay!

The house was amazing and was stocked with all our needs, very comfortable beds and wonderful bathtubs in both king suites. The pooo and hot tub were a plus and were wonderful. Peggy our host was amazing and answered very quickly to any issues we had. We will definitely check to see if this home is avail on our next trip to the Clermont/ four corner area.

Lots of Space

This house is in a fairly quiet, safe feeling neighborhood. It had lots of space for our two families of 5. We did have to separate to hang out in the evenings because neither living room was big enough to seat all 10 of us. We had 5 day tickets to Universal and with traffic it was too much of a drive, especially when we were tired and ready to get back. Overall, a great house to accommodate a large group on a budget.

Felt like we were home.

The house was very homely, we walked in and instantly felt comfort like we were home. The home had enough room for our entire family. The host Peggy, responded quickly with concerns I had. The communication was top tier. The game room kept the kids entertained and the pool/jaccuzi was nice and relaxing. The only down in my opinion is the pool heat does not run through the evening, I prefer night swimming (kids enjoy the day), this is not something I was able to do as it got colder in the evenings during our stay keeping the pool water cold. Either way we all enjoyed ourselves and wpuld definitely book again.

large house with lots of space should be updated. as ceiling lights are missing in the bedrooms.creaky floors upstairs. the pool fence is worn and broken. leaking pool when we were here but according to the pool guy it would be fixed. otherwise everything was good, we have enjoyed our holiday

Excellent Experience - Great Location

Peggy was a pleasure to work with and very responsive to any questions prior to our arrival. and during our stay. The property listing is very detailed and thorough. All amenities listed were available, clean and in good working order. The home is very comfortable, and my family loved their time in the pool. The home offered many towels including ample beach towels for our use. The availability of the washer and dryer was very helpful during our stay. The Disney and Universal Studios parks were close in proximity to the home and just a short drive to reach each fun destination. There are many grocery stores for needed items and plenty of restaurants close by. I would highly recommend this property for a nice relaxing and fun-filled vacation spot. Thank you Peggy!

Long stay

We rented for a few months to get away from our cold Minnesota winter weather . Easy check in. The house was clean and comfortable in a safe neighborhood. There was everything we needed for cooking/kitchen necessities. We loved the pool and spa and spent many days enjoying them. The management company was quick to respond and friendly. Peggy, the owner, was awesome! She responded quickly to our questions. There are so many things to do and see. Maybe have to drive a bit, but worth it. Cocoa beach, rocket launch, Disney World, the best beach we found was Siesta Key beach, but get there early so you Can find a parking place near the public beach pavilion. Old Town Kissimmee car shows on Friday and Saturday are fun to see also. We will definitely be back!

Nice space for a large group

This was a nice property for our group of 10, two small kids and eight adults. Enough space and nice outdoor area for everyone to feel comfortable and only 20-30 minutes to Disney. The only issues we had were an A/C unit that wasn’t working, but it was only hot for two days of our trip, but it was uncomfortable sleeping for those in the upstairs bedrooms. We paid to heat the pool and it was very cold the first three days. Too cold for the adults and the kids lips were turning purple for the small amount of time they swam. By our final day the pool heat was finally “reset” and was warm, but unfortunately we were at the parks all day and couldn’t enjoy it. Overall though I’d recommend the property.
