Had a nice time

The house is great, has just about everything we needed and there’s even a few games. Fully fenced back yard is a huge plus for bringing our dog- she even ran after a couple squirrels and jumped on the fence and proved that it is quite sturdy! At least one of the beds is super duper comfortable if you like a firm mattress. Kuerig supplied was also a plus. We saw a family of deer cross through the front yard each morning too!

Closer attention to household supplies would have helped

Close to many of the well known fishing lakes, streams and rivers. Close to shops for supplies and resturants. Lots of wild life to watch and nice trails to walk. Lacking a number of necessities we had buy like clothes hangers, bowles, wine glasses, small spoons, a baking pan and such. Not a big expense but not what guests want to do upon arriving. The back yard is 100% fenced but all weeds, dried grass and lots of dirt! Our dog had to be brushed down every time she went out.

The location was very quiet. 👍 The owners allowed us to store our trailer at the property.👍 The stove top and oven were dirty from previous users to include a dirty pan in the oven. We cleaned the pan, oven, and stovetop. 👎 The bathroom and bedrooms were very clean and the bathrooms were supplied with soap, conditioner, and shampoo. There were plenty of nice clean, white fluffy towels. 👍 The shower curtain in the master bath is dirty at the bottom.👎Suggestions> 1. There is a very strange smell in the garage that needs to be explored. 2. All of the kitchen cupboards need to be wiped down and cleaned. 😀

A mini bike vacation

My spouse and I were looking for a place to stay near Sunriver, Oregon. We like to bike, but I now have to ride a trike, and the rolling (paved) trails through Sunriver are perfect. When speaking with our host, he had plenty of other trails to recommend as well! We have a medium sized dog, and it is difficult to find a place that allows pets. This home is comfy and beautiful with a 6' fence and large backyard. Exactly what we wanted as you are only 15min from The Village at Sunriver, and 30min from Bend. We were happy there was a garage to put our bike/trike in to keep them safe at night. Overall a great place to stay!

Loved it!

Bret and Charlie were quick to respond and a pleasure to correspond with. They have taken added steps to help those visiting from out of town find their way around, as well as providing activity suggestions and more. The property was in great shape, and exactly as described. My husband and I were relocating to the area for work, and we were very lucky to find this property on short notice. This area is in high demand for a reason. A beautiful piece of Oregon. It was great to feel relaxed and at home at night, since our new home wasn't quite ready for us.
