The private deck overlooks Glen Cove with onsite ocean access from the backyard. The private ocean access to the water and small sandy beach is just steps from the deck. Off street parking for two cars, no street parking anytime day or night.
The bedrooms with one king bed and one queen with a tv and the full bathroom are all located upstairs. Downstairs living room and family room, smart tv, couch, rocking chair and coffee table, eat in kitchen, half bathroom, washer and dryer.
Beach/Anti-Gravity Chairs are available upon request.
One can take the chairs down to the water sit or lounge while watching the passing sailboats and the world go by or just lounge and relax in the sun on the back lawn.
Please let us know when you arrive if you will need some beach/anti-gravity chairs.

The outdoor deck is located off the living room with two comfortable wicker chairs with cushions, an outdoor gas grill with a side burner, lobster pot, patio furniture with four chairs and dining table for your oceanfront dining with unobstructed ocean views and Islands beyond.
Front the deck you access the backyard and then the boardwalk access to Clam Cove/Glen Cove and its small sandy and rocky beach area where you can walk and comb the beach for sea glass and lots of treasures.
The property is located on Warrenton Street, Rockport Maine, 2 miles north of downtown Rockland, 5 miles south of downtown Camden. 1 mile from the Samoset Resort Country Club Golf and Golf Course. 2.5 miles from Rockland Public Golf Course. 1.75 miles from the Rockland Breakwater Lighthouse.
This oceanfront property has spectacular views of Penobscot Bay and the Islands beyond. Watch the sunrise as another beautiful day unfolds in Maine. Private access to the small sandy beach of Clam Cove/Glen Cove is located from behind the house where one can collect lots sea glass and a variety of sea treasures.
Primrose A is an independent two story apartment with private off street parking and its own private deck that overlooks the Cove. Upstairs has two bedrooms one bedroom with one king bed the second bedroom has one queen bed and a full bathroom with a shower and tub combo. Downstairs there is a eat in kitchen, stainless appliances, dual function coffee maker, tea kettle, multi function 12 in 1 Power XL air fryer, wood floors, living room, smart television, recreation room with a futon, half bathroom and laundry machines.
All bedrooms have window air conditioners and white noise machines.
The deck is off the living room with wicker patio chairs, glass top table and a barbecue grill with a side burner. The view from the deck is wide open ocean and also the deck privacy fencing on both sides so ensure guest privacy.
No parties or large gatherings allowed.
We do not accept pets or animals, no pets or animals allowed on the property, inside, deck, backyard or anywhere on the property grounds.
The property is non-smoking, no vaping and no e-cigarettes. No smoking, vaping or use of e-cigarettes is permitted on the deck, backyard or close to the property. Smart TV in the living room downstairs, Wi-Fi , HBO, Showtime and NFL Network.
