Why they chose this property
Saint-Seurin est à la fois calme et très proche de l’hyper centre de Bordeaux (15min à pied). C’est un quartier résidentiel et familiale très agréable avec beaucoup de commerces à proximité, notamment côté rue Fondaudège (3min à pied) et autour de la basilique Saint-Seurin (6min à pied). Le tram a 3 min à pied et direct pour la place des quinconces, celle de la Bourse et la Gare Saint-Jean est un vrai plus.

En plus d’être très bien située, on dit souvent de notre maison que l’on s’y sent bien. Immédiatement.
Les espaces sont faciles et chaleureux. Nous avons essayé de les décorer avec soin.
