This is a charming older home in a very quiet neighborhood. We felt very safe and there was room for 2 vehicles in the carport. All the beds and furniture were good quality and comfortable. The rooms were a good size. Great price but the master bath shower was small and we wished the kitchen had some medium bowls for prep and cooking. Lots of dishes and pots and pans and all appliances worked great. Big back yard and BB court was fun for kids. Worth the drive into Knoxville for the price. Oh, and the towels were plush and comfy and the bedding was quality. Everything was clean and tidy when we arrived.

We enjoyed setting on the back porch and the kitchen suited our needs. With that said the house need a major overhaul. We found pant pealing from the ceiling in the bathroom. Mold on the main bathroom wall. The sink in primary bathroom didn’t drain. Paint on the bathroom cabinets was peeling.

My wife and I live here in Oak Ridge. I'm a Physical Education teacher at Oak Ridge High School and also a real estate agent for The Real Estate Firm here in town. My wife is a State Farm Agent and has her office here in Oak Ridge as well. We have 3 wonderful children: Elle (1st Grade), Kutler (6th Grade), and Kannon (11th Grade), and all three of them attend Oak Ridge Schools. We have experience with rental properties, but this is our first time doing the Airbnb. We are excited about being your host, and will make sure your stay with us is a great experience!
