A cute, updated house to use as a home base in the area with everything you need! The house was clean and well maintained, and the host was extremely responsive and communicative. It was 2 adults and a 4 year old and worked well for all of us--We loved our visit!

The property was nicely decorated and matched the pictures. However, it is very old and smelled like it. The smell remains in my luggage and clothes even after checking out. The neighborhood was old and run down.

The host was very informative and great to work with. It was a very clean and cute place. It was very close to our family, that was great. The beds are small and there was more of what I would say summer bedding than winter. The pillows are thin, we had to take pillows from other beds. I will definitely stay here again because it’s close to family.

This cozy cottage exceeded all expectations! The name truly says it all—it was warm, comfortable, and felt like a home away from home. After long, demanding days on the job, it was exactly what my husband and his work crew needed to relax and recharge. The house was thoughtfully and fully equipped with everything they could possibly need, making their stay effortless. The owner was an absolute pleasure to work with—friendly, responsive, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was perfect. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable, stress-free stay.

Hi, I'm Morgan! I was born & raised in beautiful East Tennessee. After living all over the country for the past decade, my family and I are so happy to be back in the area & investing in this special place we are lucky enough to call home.

Why they chose this property

This adorable home has been fully renovated top to bottom. Almost a year's worth of time, effort, and love was poured into this sweet house and we are so excited to have the opportunity to share it. Known as The Cozy Cottage, it is within minutes of the famous Clinch River, Norris Lake, a very easy & quick drive to Knoxville, and less than an hour from the Smoky Mountains. We have designed it to be a peaceful "home away from home," for anyone who chooses to book with us. Comfortable bedding, plush pillows, extra blankets, and a Keurig are just a few amenities we offer in order to make your stay feel special. Need anything else? Just let us know!

What makes this property unique

Clinton, TN is a quiet & quaint little town, the perfect "central" location. It is significantly quieter and slower-paced than Knoxville or Oak Ridge, giving you the perfect place to rest, relax, and reset after your busy day. Enjoy the brand new flagstone fire pit with loved ones, or relax inside in this beautiful, detail-oriented home that comes fully stocked with lots of amenities.
