The home was exactly as pictured. Very roomy, clean and comfortable. Nicely decorated. Loved the art! The back deck was large with a grill and everything that we needed to enjoy the outdoors. Located only a few blocks from town where there were plenty of great restaurants and the beach was 10 minutes away over the bridge to Hutchinson island. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Best rental we’ve ever stayed in! The host was phenomenal with communication and quick to respond when we had any questions. They went above and beyond with everything they did. Between the beach items that were provided, to the aloe we ended up desperately needing, to even a book with activities and restaurants with ratings and rainy day activities. They had it all!! Highly highly recommend.

We had an amazing stay here! House was clean, beds and couches were comfy, kitchen looked amazing, and the back deck/porch was a cool little spot. Highly recommend! A shame we can only give 5 stars.

Beautiful beach stay!

We stayed here for four days, just looking to get away from Jacksonville for a bit during spring break. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay – the house is super cute, very clean, well-stocked, and in a great location within walking distance to a bunch of restaurants/shops, and centrally located to see the whole area generally. We didn't have any complaints, and we hope to stay here again at some point in the future!

Great Place

We stayed at sweet pea for about a week. The place is very comfortable and very clean. A great location close to downtown. The decor was very well done and morning coffee in the covered deck was a great way to start the day

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was beautiful and well stocked. We liked being able to walk to the bars and restaurants. The beautiful beaches were a short ride over the bridge. We hope to return soon.

Very clean and neatly appointed cottage. Nice private backyard with deck. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable living space. . Great location, walk to Jensen Beach center. Easy drive to Hutchinson Island Stuart. The only drawback is adjacent cottages not kept up as well. Owner very easy to communicate with and very organized.

Alicia's cottage is a perfect spot to relax. Close to the beach but in a quiet spot. The Indian River Lagoon is just a short walk away. We are returning next year!

Perfect house to escape to !

The property was clean and well maintained. There was everything you might need, even to cook meals at home. Great location for wherever you need to go. I would recommend this unit to anyone!

Sweet Peas Paradise- A hidden Gem!

Sweet Sweet Pea!

Ideal for 2 couples. We each had own bedroom and bathroom. The place really is sweet. Tucked in away from the main road but easily accessible to it and all that Jensen Beach offers. Would definitely go back again!

Loved the old Florida Charm!!

Beautiful cottage, very clean and so beachy. It was exactly what we were looking for. Well stocked from dishes to spices and anything you could possibly need. We could not have asked for a better location, was within walking distance to downtown Jensen Beach. Will definitely be back!
