For your holiday in Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie, we offer you this new apartment with a terrace, designed to accommodate up to six people. Located on the 4th and top floor (with lift), its undeniable charm asset is its large 28 m² balcony which offers you a magnificent unobstructed view. You will be in the front row to admire splendid sunsets and take your meals outdoors.
Inside, the living area consists of a fully equipped kitchen. You will find a fridge-freezer, an oven, a microwave and an induction hob to cook delicious meals. A dishwasher is also at your disposal to avoid this task. For breakfasts, you will find a kettle, a toaster and a filter coffee maker.
The dining area will offer you a view of the outside thanks to the large bay window. To relax, a TV lounge will allow you to watch a good film or vibrate in front of sporting events. The sofa bed allows you to benefit from a bed for two people.
On the night side, the apartment has two bedrooms. In the first, you will find a large Queen size bed (two 80 x 200 cm beds brought together) and access to the terrace. In the second, there are two single beds.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a washbasin, a towel dryer and a hair dryer.
A parking space is assigned to the accommodation in the garage.
