Welcome to our apartment located just 50 metres from the ocean and the Sion Corniche, which connects Saint-Hilaire-de-Riez to Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie.

Sandy beaches, coves, and natural rock pools await you just a short walk away.

Close to numerous seaside, leisure, and cultural activities, the apartment is ideally located for exploring Noirmoutier Island, Yeu Island, Les Sables-d’Olonne, or for a day trip to Puy du Fou.

Perfectly equipped for a holiday as a couple or with family, the accommodation features one bedroom with a double bed (140 x 190 cm) and a sofa bed (120 x 190 cm) in the living room.

Bed linen and towels are not provided but can be rented upon request.

Cleaning is not included in the rental price.

For all bookings, a €200 security deposit will be required.

After your reservation, you will receive a guest registration card giving you access to all information relating to the apartment and allowing you to book additional services (linen rental, cleaning, etc.).

Access to the arrival instructions will be granted once the security deposit has been paid.

Cleaning is not included in the rental price, and the apartment must be returned clean.

A cleaning package is available for €65.

Bed linen, towels, bath mats, and tea towels are not provided.

One double bed (140 x 190 cm) and one sofa bed (120 x 190 cm).

NOVA CONCIERGERIE offers linen rental:

Double bed linen set: €25 per bed
Single bed linen set: €20 per bed
Bath towel: €5 per towel
Baby cot: €20 per stay

Pets allowed upon request – additional charge of €4 per day.
