Enjoy this 1bedroom, 1bathroom with waterfront views. Our bedroom features a king bed with a full bathroom, including a walk-in shower with a built in shower seat, and hand rails for added safety. Host additional guests on the queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.
The open concept living space, entails a kitchenette with a mini fridge, stovetop with 2 burners, a microwave, and a gas fireplace in the living room.
With seating for 5, and the ambience of a fireplace. Don't forget to enjoy the balcony as the boats sail in and out of Round Lake.

The Edgewater Inn is located on north shore of Round Lake harbor and the Pine River channel with prime drawbridge views. Just a short walk to Charlevoix’s finest dining, beaches, shopping and galleries, the Edgewater Inn is an ideal location for a short getaway, extended vacation, or wedding celebration. One-bedroom/one-bath and two-bedroom/two-bath units offer all the amenities needed for a comfortable home-away-from-home stay.
Each condo is individually owned and uniquely decorated. Stay in a different room every time or find a favorite. With 48 unique rooms, numerous amenities and a friendly staff, the Edgewater Inn offers business or leisure travelers an enjoyable place to stay in the heart of beautiful downtown Charlevoix. Great Mini-Moon

My wife and I stayed for a couple days following our wedding to decompress. The location is perfect to walk downtown CVX, the unit was clean with everything we needed, and you can't beat the view.

The hot tub and pool area had visible black mold all over the ceiling tiles. The hot tub was freezing colds and the condo was less than clean.

Overall a good experience, however, the late night (overnight) construction literally 2 doors down made night time in the condo not very pleasant. Very loud banging, music blasting, into the wee hours.

Very close to shopping and restaurants. It was clean and comfy. My only complaint would be we didn’t realize the fridge was dorm sized (missed this if it was in the description) so the freezer was minuscule. Realized this after buying ice cream. Front desk was very friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

They were right. The location was perfect to watch the watercraft come and go from the comfort of the balcony. It's right across the river from the shops downtown. The condo itself was well appointed, comfortable and well-cared for. Room service was punctual. The towels were fluffy and absorbant - just perfect. We highly recommend staying here.

My husband has mobility challenges, and this was a perfect way for him to enjoy Michigan’s breathtaking beauty in comfort and style. My siblings and I plan to make this a yearly tradition, time together in Charlevoix. There’s something for everyone.
