Enjoy this 1bedroom, 1bathroom with waterfront views. Our condo features a king bed, a queen size sleeper sofa, a full bathroom, and a new gas fireplace in the living room.
The open concept living space, entails a kitchenette with a mini fridge, stovetop with 2 burners and a microwave. Seating for 6 is available with a kitchen table and bar seating.
The living room has seating for up to 5 guests, with a gas fireplace for added ambience. And don't forget to enjoy the balcony as the boats sail in and out of Round Lake.

The Edgewater Inn is located on north shore of Round Lake harbor and the Pine River channel with prime drawbridge views. Just a short walk to Charlevoix’s finest dining, beaches, shopping and galleries, the Edgewater Inn is an ideal location for a short getaway, extended vacation, or wedding celebration. One-bedroom/one-bath and two-bedroom/two-bath units offer all the amenities needed for a comfortable home-away-from-home stay.
Each condo is individually owned and uniquely decorated. Stay in a different room every time or find a favorite. With 48 unique rooms, numerous amenities and a friendly staff, the Edgewater Inn offers business or leisure travelers an enjoyable place to stay in the heart of beautiful downtown Charlevoix. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the building, as well as a guest laundry facility. The inside section of the pool is open year-round, while the outside section is closed off October to May.

Great Location

The location of Edgewater Inn is prime real estate in Charlevoix. You are close to shopping, food, beaches, the Mushroom houses, the lighthouse and the ferry to Beaver Island. We drove a short 2hrs to The Sleeping Bear Dunes and it was worth it! The condo was clean. Could have used more paper products and towels to start with, but the front desk staff helped with that and they were amazing! So friendly. The charm of the Inn did not disappoint. We would definitely stay again.

The good and the bad...

The view is great. Things that weren't so great - the hotel size refrigerator is too small for a 6 night stay, the 1960's style plastic covers on the chairs, the public washer/dryers were both broken during our stay, the painter's tape hanging from the bathroom light.

Would stay in this unit again.

If we would have reserved directly with Edgewater we would have saved a lot of money. When we addressed the issue with Brook she told me I should have done better research. You're right, I will contact the amazing staff at Edgewater directly next time.

My wife and I had a one night stay to see an old friend. The Edgewater was the perfect place to stay. Ronica made sure we were happy with our accomodations. Beautiful views and plenty of room. We will be back. Thank you to the staff at the Edgewater.
