The open-concept living space includes a kitchenette equipped with a mini fridge, two-burner stovetop, and microwave—ideal for preparing light meals. There’s seating for up to six guests with a combination of dining table and bar seating, while the living room offers comfortable seating for up to four and a cozy gas fireplace for added ambiance.

Step out onto the private balcony and take in scenic views as boats sail in and out of Round Lake—an ideal spot to relax and unwind.

Located at the Edgewater Inn on the north shore of Round Lake Harbor and the Pine River Channel, this condo offers prime drawbridge views and a central downtown location. You’ll be just a short walk from Charlevoix’s finest dining, beaches, shopping, and galleries, making it an ideal destination for a short getaway, extended vacation, or even a wedding celebration.

Perfect Getaway

We had the best time. From our balcony we were able to watch the sun rise and see the boats and ferries come and go. We also unknowingly booked when the applefest was happening so it was fun to be able to walk everywhere...shops, beach, etc.

The view was fun to watch the yatchs and ships sail by the unit. The front desk staff was there till 10pm and they were always helpful. We plan to come back. We enjoyed parking the car and walking everywhere. There were lots of walking paths, shops, and restaurants within walking distance. We especially enjoyed the Venetian festival.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Fireplace didn't work, there was no hot water, and the HVAC was difficult to manage.OK for the price but over the hill for sure.

You happened to be in a unit where the fireplace is not a standard switch and can be tricky, to remedy the confusion we did put up a sign on how to work the control knob.
