The kitchen has stainless steel appliances with a huge countertop and bar for entertaining. The living room is very spacious for family gatherings. Flounder Around has water-views on both sides facing the Lowcountry marsh/creek on one side and a picturesque canal on the other. Fishing, crabbing, kayaking, birdwatching, book reading and or just daydreaming, it is all her in one place. Porches abound with incredible sunset views! Good location- just a short walk to the public beach access. Nicely designed house with plenty of space for extended family. Boys enjoyed fishing off of the dock behind the house. Pool was nice but we didn't have time to enjoy it. Bring your own hand soap, shampoo and tissue. Only one thin dishtowel was provided. No beach chairs/umbrella/towels were provided, either. Pillow cases were standard sized on king-sized pillows. Could use more thorough cleaners- especially on the stairs.
