We enjoyed our stay at this house. It was well-located within easy access to Cave Creek, Carefree and North Scottsdale. The beds were very comfortable and it was a nice, quiet neighborhood. The host was responsive and friendly.

The rental in Tatum Ranch was in a great location. We have friends who live in the north Scottsdale area, so it was easy to meet up for dinner. The house was very clean. Our doggie enjoyed the enclosed back yard. We enjoyed our stay.

The home and garage were very clean. The bedding was very comfortable and the house in general was comfortable. Our one concern was addressed quickly by management. Our only disappointment was our particular need for an attractive back yard. The photos showed very nice and comfy outdoor furniture but we failed to notice that there were no pictures of the yard itself. There is absolutely nothing wrong with it, it just happens to be very plain. I should mention that it was very conveniently located to grocery’s and restaurants. Overall, a very nice stay.
We were in town for the Phoenix Open. The house is beautiful and the location was perfect!

Overall, property was very good and it's it fine condition. Owner was responsive to the couple of minor things that came up. House was well equipped with kitchenware, towels and sheets. Beds all had good mattresses and were comfortable. Location in Cave Creek (it's a Cave Creek Post office address, but house is really in Phoenix) is good with grocery stores 5 minutes away and other shopping within 10-20 minutes. Quiet neighborhood with no noisy parties during the 2+ months we stayed there. State land for quiet desert walks is a 5 minute walk from the house. Hiking trails are 15-30 minutes away.
Wi-fi and TV cable and smart apps all worked very well.
House is dog friendly (our dog enjoyed it) and has an enclosed yard and comfortable outside covered seating.

We own and manage our own properties and we are very particular about them. Our units do NOT allow smoking of any kind inside so you don't have to worry about stale smoke smell when you visit them. We also don't have carpet on any of our floors. Hard surface floors are cleaner. We know what we appreciate when we travel and we strive to give you a nice enjoyable stay.

We love the floor plan of this home. The great room and Master enjoy the view of the private yard with mature trees/bushes. The patio furniture is very comfortable. Spit bedroom floor plan is nice! Approximately 5 miles to Mayo Hospital. Close to many shops and restaurants. This home is about 1.5 blocks from beautiful Sonoran Desert State Land that has hiking trails. There is a grassy park a couple of blocks away and you can enjoy the Town of Cave Creek, Desert Ridge, Kierland, Scottsdale Quarters, West World, and more from this convenient location. Only 5 miles from Mayo. Quiet, Friendly Neighborhood. There is a two car attached garage-direct entrance to home. No Events - No Parties.
