The house was clean and generally well-maintained. However, given its size, additional seating would be helpful. The main family room has only two large chairs, which felt insufficient for a larger group.We also encountered an ant problem during our stay. Ants were present upstairs in the master bathroom, including around our body wash, as well as in the kitchen. We had to keep our dried goods on the dining room table to prevent the ants from getting into them. The property manager was responsive and sent ant traps through Amazon, but unfortunately, they did not resolve the issue.Overall, the property was clean, but the ant problem should be addressed to improve the experience for future guests.

This property had everything we needed to enjoy our stay! It was very clean and well kept. We traveled for a soccer tournament with teens and adults and this property was amazing. From the pool to the game room and spacious house! The host was very responsive and helpful with anything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Upscale and safe neighborhood

The house was very clean and impressive. All of the bedrooms were close to a bath. The pool and spa backyard were wonderful. Great location, conveniently located to attractions.

Home layout good. Kitchen could use a few more pots/pans as no large skillet. Good number of plates and eating utensils. Beds and furniture were comfortable. Gas BBQ igniters didn’t work and empty portable lighters which manager didn’t provide so had to buy own.More pool toys for kids would have been nice. Pool net/skimmer broken so had to create a temporary fix. Good number of pool towels and bathroom towels. Overall, however nice property.

We loved the location, conveniently located for easy access to highway, bike trails, hiking ,etc. The backyard was great. Outdoor dining table, fire pit, pool and hot tub were all great.

Stayed with several families while in town for a volleyball tournament for our teen daughters at the Arizona Athletic Grounds, which was only a 15-20 minute drive from this home. This home is in a great location. Close to shopping & restaurants. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Home was very clean and comfortable. The girls loved the game room. I would note however, that we did discover the pool and hot tub could only be heated one at a time. I would imagine this is a non-issue for most of the year, as in this area of the country you would not need nor want a heated pool most months. We just happened to be there in February during a week it was not particularly hot and it was too cold to swim otherwise. Also, the hot tub heater is on a timer and doesn’t turn on until after 5. The owner & management were fine with getting them both heated at other times of the day with some communication. You’ll just want to have that on your radar.

Disclaimer: I’m easy to please, especially when on vacation! This could have been a 5 if not for a couple of things….We paid to have the spa and pool heated. Only 3 of our 7 days the spa was hot and don’t leave. The pool was ever heated. A major feature of booking this space. :( I had multiple text messages during our stay with the property manager who instructed me to download the app and control the heat myself, which I did, however it would not consistently work. The day we were leaving the app indicated the pool temp had increased to 84, but it was never above 75 while we were there. (According to the app) Definitely feels like I paid for nothing, but fortunately, we had hot weather!Other minor updates could be helpful such as working light switches and bulbs (outside lights at the front door and around the pool, lamps.)On the positive side host was good, nice touches included, bottle of champagne, coffee and other get you started essentials. Baby, friendly with pack and play and toys! Only one of the pinball machines works, but the ping-pong table was fun. Lots of space for our family, so you didn’t need to be on top of each other! My favorite thing about this house however, was the backyard space. Lots of furniture, a fire table, outdoor heater and TV made every evening enjoyable!

Clean house

The best part of the house was how clean it was ! At one time this was a beautiful home but the corporation that is running this home is not keeping it up . We also payed to have the pool heated (extra $300. ) Come to find out when we got there that it is heated by solar .Not cool they totally took advantage. It could of been heated they do have a pool heater that wasn’t turned on . We payed a lot of money for a clean house with a pool! When I called Bart to get the code to get in the house his mailbox was full so I couldn’t leave a message.I texted him and he never got back to me the only reason we were able to get into the house was because the housekeeper was still there.Never again at that place.

Coleen, I am sorry your experience was not enjoyable. I'm not even sure what you are referring to on the pool heating as there is two pool heaters at this property and i is heated all the time. We don't have any solar pool heater here so confused by those comments. We would also not ever leave them off for your stay. They are always on. I'm sorry that I didn't answer my personal cell phone at 11:00 at night. Had you followed the detailed instructions provided to you to check in you would of easily gotten in or called the 24 property services number that we provided to you for these types of situations.

Spacious and perfect for families or groups

Tons of room. The two rooms with 4 Full Size beds (in the form of bunk beds) was awesome. This home could easily accommodate 2 families with 4 kids each family (or more if they'll share a bed)!! The kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfasts for the family. I LOVED that they KEEP the spices and some oil and coffee pods and such that DO last a while or are non perishable. It saves you money from buying them which you may only use one time!!! We also were welcomed with a Thank You gift, which was very nice of them. Easy access to the home. Pool has a fence which is good for the kid and easily accessible for us adults. Plenty of yard space for activities and a lovely outdoor seating area. I think the only downside anyone stated was the TV's in the rooms were small- What a problem to have lol We would definitely stay there again when heading to PHX as it was a very good location also and close to anything you'd need while there. We did college tours and soaked up the sun so it was perfect. Also a bonus Top Golf is about a 5 minute drive!! Happy VRBOing!!

Amazing

The house was everything we needing plus more. We went out for a basketball tournament in the area. We had an issue with a thermostat not working and I called and was helped immediately. Would definitely stay again.
