About this property

Nature at it's Best

Nature at it's best! The space: Nice peaceful stay with a cover porch where you can sit in rocking chairs and listen to the wind chimes and watch nature, there is A RING CAMERA ON THE FRONT PORCH and side porch! we have had guest not follow the rules in the past that had parties and extra guests stay so we had to! But we will respect your privacy also! There is also a back porch that is uncovered that has a propane grill on the porch and a fire pit in the yard! The VRBO is within walking distance to Catawba Falls! Local grocery store/food in town, also breweries. The VRBO is 9 miles from Black Mountain which offers local breweries, restaurants, social life, Live music. 20 miles from Asheville.

Other things to note:
We have WiFi and Directv and a jet tub to enjoy besides being in a beautiful house surrounded by peaceful nature!! We also offer breakfast food for our guest!
Catawba Falls has put safety measures in and it is within walking distance to the parking lot from the VRBO only a quarter mile away!

My mother Kay, lost her late husband and with opening her home which she gladly enjoys, to let people enjoy a home away from home and it helps her with her house mortgage! She very much appreciates when you stay and she stays else where while you are staying! You won't be disappointed we clean/sanitize the whole house ourselves and provide breakfast food for you to enjoy!
