Modern and bright 2 Bedroom 1 bathroom apartment and assigned one free parking spot. The building is located across the street from the Beach. (19370 Collins Avenue, 33160). Amazing views of the ocean and city, full amenities, valet parking, remodeled lobby, resort style pool, 2 tennis courts, fully equipped gym, convenience store and much more. The location of the building is within walking distance of Aventura Mall, bars, restaurants and very close to all of Miami's attractions.
IMPORTANT: Please note that beginning of 2024-2025 our building will begin a restoration project. The work should not affect your use and enjoyment of our unit, but you will see construction equipment on-site, and you may hear construction noise during daytime weekday hours. STR-01857

Visited from UK for first trip to Miami. Check in process all good, condo was perfect size for us with balcony, decent sized living room, dining table for 4 and plenty of storage. Complex is ok but perhaps a little dated and a couple of days the pool was very very cloudy and over chlorinated but the host can’t do anything about that. Overall it was good value for the area.

Stephan’s condo was perfect for location, amenities and cleanliness! Check in was simple and quick. The view was amazing, just across the street from the beach. About 1/2 hr drive to Miami Beach. Thanks for the great stay!

Very nice property

Amazing view of the ocean and the island. Clean cozy apartment. Close to everything and the ocean is a three minute walk away. Would recommend and will definitely consider for a future stay.

Very clean and well equipped condo. Comfortable bed, however the master bedroom window need to be refurbished to make it soundproof from the noisy Collins ave.. We enjoyed an exceptional stay and wish to be back next year.

Fabulous family getaway

My wife, our 15 year-old and I had a wonderful time at this property. Very comfortable and spacious condo, with a great view of the ocean and of the Sunny Isles area. A 3-4 mins walk from the beach. Many dining and shopping options around. Lots of options for the whole family. The host was very useful and proactive in his communications. Kudos!

Top Appartement in Top Lage

Tolles Appartement, das genau der Beschreibung entspricht, wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Einrichtung ist wirklich toll und durch die Erst-Ausstattung wie Spülmittel und Kaffee-Kapseln kann man ganz in Ruhe ankommen und fühlt sich direkt willkommen geheißen. Alles war sehr sauber und super gepflegt. Und nicht zu vergessen: Die Aussicht - die ist einfach klasse! Der Komplex selbst ist auch toll, wenn wir leider auch keine Zeit hatten den Swimmingpool auszutesten. Dafür waren wir aber des öfteren am Meer, das nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt ist. Und das Schöne: In dem Appartement stehen zwei Sonnenschirme und auch Strandstühle für die Gäste zur Verfügung - das war natürlich klasse für uns. Die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer war ebenfalls sehr unkompliziert und freundlich.
