Sunny Isles in March

Great property! Property manager was very responsive and friendly. Just a short walk to the beach. The ground floor of the building has a coffee shop and convenience store. The only drawbacks are the check-in process was lengthy and the parking is a little confusing. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

Great stay in Sunny Isles

Apartment was clean, comfortable and had a great view of the ocean. David has a beach comber wagon and 4 beach chairs for his guests to use which came in really handy. Check in was easy (make sure you know your license plate number or have a pic of it) and parking was in a reserved spot in front of the building. There's a mini-mart grocery store on the lobby level of the building for all the food or necessities you need. Would love to stay here again!

Started out rough

Some communication issues with check-in, but over all stay was great. Great view!!! There was some construction going on outside, but it was just the last 2 days and didn't interfere with sleep. The pool is amazing!!!

Doresca’s Spring Break

Everything went well. We liked the place. The owner was very responsive. We enjoyed watching the sunrise in the money from our balcony. The only thing there was a unit to our left on the 7th floor where a bunch of young men were smoking weeds constantly from the balcony. That prevented us from spending too much time on the balcony.

DO NOT rent from this host. He “forgot” to send check in instructions and we were unable to contact him. We spent 4 hours on the phone with Vrbo trying to figure out what to do. This was the first trip with our toddler. We had been up since 3am and couldn’t check in early. We were sitting outside the rental at 3pm exhausted after grocery shopping and had to find a new place that day for triple the cost. It was terrible.

Great view and comfortable apartment

Very nice property with ocean front views. One block from beach, busy property but we'll maintained. Unit looks recently refurbished and comfortable. Cons needs more cookware (only 1 quart size pots. and few glasses and plates (3 wine glasses). Could use better drapes to keep out light. Other than that highly recommend.
