SEA BREEZE is in the perfect spot on the inner circle of units to catch all the cooling trades at Gentle Winds. Located on 40 manicured acres with an enormous pool and beautiful sandy beach, the swimming area is reef protected and safety roped off. It's a resort with tennis, a few golf holes, basketball, pingpong, etc. And a wonderful Beach Bar. B3 has new central AC and is beautifully updated with a king, queen and queen pull out, TV's in all bedrooms, a screened porch,patio, EVERYTHING! Sea Breeze is the ONE!

Honeymoon Revisited

We love the spacious and friendly atmosphere at Gentle Winds. We were here in 1979, and although there have been some changes, the grounds are much the same. Our unit was comfortable and clean, but quite outdated and smelled musty, especially in the master bedroom. All-in-all, we had good time, and the weather was perfect!

Awesome place

My wife and I had a fabulous time at gentle winds! We had just spent 8 days prior to this stay in a different condo at the same complex. We arrived at the airport to fly home, looked at each other , smiled and decided to stay another week! We were able to book with Marjorie at the last minute. The condo was beyond great! Thanks Marjorie for being so accommodating! Five stars across the board 😊

Great stay for families

I would definitely stay here again. Amazing location on the beach, big pool with tons of seating. Amazing food and drinks for purchase on the beach. The unit itself was clean had everything we needed and very spacious.

Don’t look any further!

This is a long review but this place and the owner very much deserve the attention. This was our first trip to St Croix so I was hesitant about booking through VRBO at a place we had never visited. This unit in Gentle Winds absolutely nailed it! The unit was extremely clean, very well stocked, and just all around great! Most of the people we met here were owners and I have to say that I have never felt more welcomed than I did here. Everyone was quick to offer food/restaurant advice, or just a quick chat. The pool is excellent, the sunny shack bar & grill is awesome, the beach is clean and beautiful. We originally booked this unit as a “base” for exploring but ended up spending the majority of the time at the property. This place is clean, safe, and so welcoming. Owner was clear, concise, and very professional. Don’t look any further, just book this one!
