Come relax in a clean, bright, updated condo right on the 5th hole of the executive golf course. Enjoy 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and a full kitchen with new appliances, the beautiful views from the veranda on the 3rd floor. (Use the elevator or steps) Cool off in the pool then relax in your condo on the veranda or head to the marina where most nights you will find music/entertainment to enjoy outside while eating your meal.

The Burnt Store Marina is situated on a 27 hole golf course, open to members and non members. This is a relaxing gated golf community away from the hustle and bustle of the city. There are 3 restaurants on the property. It is the largest marina on the west coast of Florida. Boat charters are available for fishing. Freedom Club on premises. Rent a golf cart for the month to get around this gated community.

My husband and I have just started to rent through VRBO. It has been such a pleasure dealing with our owner, Sharon. Her unit here in Burnt Store Marina has been fantastic for us. It is clean, open, everything works and bed is very comfortable. Sharon is just a phone call or email away and is very fast at returning emails. We will be definitely returning.

Quiet and Comfortable

It's a clean, comfortable condo in a nice development. Nicely decorated with newer appliances. We rented while building a home near by, host was VERY gracious about working with our changing schedule.

Why they chose this property

I rented in this neighborhood and loved it, the people here are friendly and yet you can be left alone if you prefer. The area has a lot going on as far as entertainment, you never have to be board. Burnt Store Marina is so well kept and clean. Can't think of a nicer place to relax.

What makes this property unique

All new appliances, new walk in shower in the master along with lighted makeup mirrors and bidet. I've updated the property to be comfortable and easy to take care of.
