Open spaces, clarity, brightness characterize this layout thanks to large windows overlooking the outdoor space. Enclosed garden, terrace, covered shelter, parking area. In a hamlet near the owners' house. 10km from Revel/St-Ferréol and 2km from Lake Lenclas. The owners will recommend the best bike tours in the region! Ground floor: living room, kitchen with dining area, lounge, 1 bedroom accessible by a few steps (3 single beds 90cm), WC, pantry/laundry room. Upstairs: landing serving 1 bedroom (1 double bed 140cm + 1 single bed 90cm) and the bathroom. Electric heating. Hiking and biking on site.
