View is like looking out into the Tuscany hillside with vineyard below and mountains in the distant view. This property can sleep 10 guests and is nestled in the beautiful California oak trees. Relax in this beautiful and serene yard while enjoying the view and listening to the babbling brook. Take a jacuzzi, always heated and ready, while gazing at the stars or enjoy a delicious barbeque cooked on the built-in Bull barbeque. Or...cook some mouth watering smores (supplies not included) around the firepit. A view of the new Monserate Vineyard & Winery, voted 2025 Winery of the Year, is just down the hill and the Golf Club of California is just 5 minutes away with Pala Mesa Golf Resort only 10 minutes away. The Monserate Winery also has a great designated walking path alongside the vineyard and another hiking trail located behind the winery owned by the Fallbrook Land Conservancy. Enjoy family and friends in the huge open kitchen looking into the Grand Living Room with expansive views of the Gird Valley and Palomar Mountains. If your stay is in December, Christmas time is magical at this estate. It will definitely put you in the mood and ready to enjoy the season.

Please DO NOT strip the bedding as our cleaners will do that. Put all used towels in the laundry room, please leave a few comments regarding your stay in our Guest Book located on the kitchen desk.
Trash bins are located outside through the laundry room door.
If heating or AC was used, please set thermostats to 78 degrees.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please do not play with stones around the pond. Do not walk in outdoor pond. Slabs of stone are only resting on each other to cover pond pump.
Pizza oven is NOT for guest's use. Use barbecue sheets that are in the barbecue while barbecuing.
Please do not allow your children to eat or drink on leather coaches.

We booked this home for a wedding close by. It was fabulous both inside and, on the patio, comfortable, great vistas of the valley. I'd give the home and owner a 12 if I could as everything was perfect.

Beautiful home and very comfortable! We loved sitting in the backyard watching the hummingbirds. Gorgeous views! Kitchen was very well stocked with high end cookware just like being at home. Owners were very easy and welcoming. We will book again if we’re in the area.

Gorgeous home with stunning view!!!

Beautiful home with something for everyone. The kids loved the castle, the adults enjoyed the back patio with the great view of the valley, and everyone loved how close it was to everything. We are already talking about when we can come back!

Nice stay in the hills

This property is very much as described. Lots of space - beautiful view. We only had a 2 night stay but really enjoyed our time and would look to book again the next time we are in the area.

Golf Trip

We had a great time staying here. Everything we needed was supplied at the home. The view is fantastic and the owner was very cordial. We will definitely be staying here again on our next Golf Trip to this area.

Spacious, Elegant, Welcoming

This spacious, elegant, welcoming property was the perfect place to stay when our daughter got married at the nearby Fallbrook Estate. The early check in was much appreciated! There were so many perfect spots: the utility room for steaming the bridesmaids' dresses, the master bedroom and adjoining alcove for the bride when she changed into her gown, the front hallway when her grandparents got their first look, and the multiple outdoor seating areas for enjoying morning coffee and watching the hummingbirds. Being one level, it's perfect for all generations of a family.

Great Family Home

The property was beautiful, well-maintained, and Well stocked. We stayed there because our son was getting married at the Monserate Winey so the location was perfect for us. The outdoor space allowed us to gather the family and some friends and enjoy the beautiful scenery out on the patio. The home was spacious, amazingly furnished, and comfortable with plenty of room to spread out. We would definitely recommend this home to family and friends.

Bonding trip with clients

This property is amazing in so many ways. My clients were very impressed with my choice of accommodations and the area it’s located. The views both in the day and at night were breathtaking. Family Wedding weekend

Had a wedding to attend at Montserrat and needed a place to keep our littles nearby. Our Nanny is like family so she stay just up the hill with the kids for the night and it was perfect. They loved the playground and the bunk beds. We loved the view, spacious home and courteous owners. Thank you so much for making this trip one to remember. We may be back soon.

Pictures doesn’t give it justice

From the moment I walked into this beautiful house I couldn’t believe my eyes. The pictures don’t captivate how beautiful the place is every room was beautiful from the floor to the furnishings. The host kept in contact with me once inside everything you needed to know was right there in a notebook. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and would love to stay there again. A close drive to downtown Temecula. It had everything you needed, if you wanted to cook from the spices to the dishes. Thank you Phyllis for the wonderful weekend.

This property is absolutely gorgeous! The name says it all. It really is a Taste of Tuscany. It is decorated beautifully and the view is amazing. The host’s communication was superb and all the little extras, such as the wine they left, coffee and creamer, to the basket of snacks and little signs here and there was top notch. This house is so beautiful, if I owned it, I would have a hard time sharing it. I would LOVE to stay here again, especially during the holidays.

DREAM HOME

Gorgeous home, tranquility and serenity is what you get here. Family and I had a short stay just wish it was longer. Host was so helpful with my questions. Check in was so simple. We are first time users at VRBO and were surprised and pleased. Pictures do not do this home justice its so beautiful. Highly recommend this piece of Tuscany. Absolutely Perfect for Bride and Bridesmaids

These pictures don’t do justice to the beauty of this home. It is absolutely beautiful. We are from Kansas and our daughter was getting married at Fallbrook Estate with Wedgewood Weddings. Phyllis answered any little question we had from places to do hair and nails to if they had an iron. We stayed here with our daughter and her bridesmaids for three days and had everything we needed to prepare meals and were able to get everyone ready for the wedding in this house and just drive 2 miles to the venue. It was perfect! My daughter’s wedding was June 21 and the weather couldn’t have been better.

Yes it can get be this good.

We came down to attend my sons wedding at the Golf Club of California. As with most Weddings you have a lot of activities that happen prior to the actual event. We only booked the house for 2 days (My Fault) so we would be checking in after the rehearsal and dinner. With out even reaching out for Phyllis, she knew a wedding is hectic and she reached out to us offer up her home if we wanted to check in early. Talk about a Super Host. The house itself is exactly like you see in the pictures. The inside was very comfortable for the amount of people in our party. Everything is very well laid out and with all the amenities. The consensus among our group was that the backyard was the best feature. The views were spectacular both during the day and at night. Thank you again for opening up your home. If we are ever back down your way we will be booking with you again.

We had a wonderful stay with our family. The home is beautiful and the views are amazing! We enjoyed the hot tub at night with the night time view and our coffee in the morning overlooking the green hills and vineyard below. Our youngest also loved the castle playground complete with zipline! Highly recommend and would definitely stay again. :)

This property will meet or exceed all your expectations. Serene country setting but still so close to town, golfing and wine tasting.

What makes this property unique

There is a castle tree house with swings, two slides, a rock climbing wall and a zipline. There is also a patio seating for the adults or your play restaurant. Please let us know if there will be children in your party that would enjoy this. It is located under many oak trees so we would need to spend extra cleaning time before your arrival. Please use at your own risk. Adult supervision is mandatory at all times. The castle treehouse is not suitable for children under 6 years old.
