Great day, great location. The Heating was a little challenging. It took about three hours to get the place from 50 to 70 but after that, we had a great day parking is a little challenging the place sleeps 10 so it needs parking for more than three cars But we really enjoyed our stay and would stay there again
There were many issues with the condo. It wasn’t clean, many missing items such as remotes, paddles for ping pong table, lightbulbs that didn’t work, a dirty diaper under the bed, dog hair all over the sofa and it was supposed to be pet free. These are just some of the issues. It claims to accommodate 10 guests but there were not enough plates, glasses etc for that many guests. The biggest disappoint though is that the contact person David has not responded to any texts messages and phone calls that we've made to him. I was hoping to discuss the issues and possibly get a partial refund since there were so many issues but he is unresponsive.
Very clean and spacious unit. Did not receive check in instructions but was resolved with a phone call. Minor issues with heat that we were able to resolve ourselves. Hot tub was closed for repairs. Would definitely stay again.
I had many questions when booking this property and the host was VERY responsive. The condo was spotless, beds were comfy and the location was perfect. In walking distance to restaurants and grocery store along with a cool swimming spot on the trail behind the condos. I would recommend this spot/host to anyone and plan to stay again!
Although the location was great and the house was clean we had to cut our trip early. An alarm for the boiler started going off at night at 4am. Although the property manager came to check it out, they couldn’t shut it off so we would have had to listen to it for another night. Additionally the downstairs heat dropped to 54 at night and there was no way to turn it up. It was freezing!
