Lovely place and location. Clean. Only issue was getting in the house the first day. I reached out via VRBO (lag in app) as well as call and texted the service person- but once I got in touch with the home owner all was well. Would stay again. Perfect New England stay.

The condo is very conveniently located, clean, and well-stocked. The downtown area is a short walk away and Cascade Falls made a nice spot for morning coffee. We really enjoyed the proximity to restaurants, hiking, and local attractions.For summer visitors, the listing says AC, but it is really just window units in two of three upstairs bedrooms. The first floor did cool down in the evening with windows open and the ceiling fan on. Lisa was a very responsive host which was much appreciated.

Hosts patiently answered all my questions before I came. Place was fairly spacious, and had all the accommodations we needed, and was clean. Honestly, pictures of the place did not do it justice, it well exceeded my expectations. I enjoyed my stay here!

Convenient, clean, and spacious

Our large family of 8 thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The owners were easy to work with and very responsive. We were all comfortable in our own rooms and enjoyed some quality down time inside and on the Spacious deck outside. We were able to easily walk downtown for food, drinks, and just enjoying the outside fresh air. A great place to stay!

Highland games

Great Home Base to Adventure from!

Good arrangement for two families vacationing together, many beds and shared living spaces, patio, basement, washer and dryer. Welcoming and clean, excellent communication with the property owner, the pool passes were a lovely perk! Use them! Great location to travel to all of the great outdoor adventures nearby, and a few nice restaurants & Waynes Convenience store/Deli/Butchery just minutes away!

Exactly what was pictured

We enjoyed our stay. There was a slight misunderstanding about parking as the neighbor was renovating and needed the space in front but there was plenty of parking elsewhere. Only note was there were only fans and on second night, it was humid.

Beautiful Family Vacation

This was our first attempt at a combined family vacation. We were 4 adults, two 3 year olds and two 6 year olds. The condo was perfect for us! Lots of space to spread out while also enjoying family time. The kids LOVED having their own kids pad to have sleepovers. The location was perfect for exploring the White Mountains and all the beautiful things they offer. We enjoyed Clark's Trading post, Lost River Gorge, the Mt. Washington auto road, Cascade's park and many beautiful road side hiking paths. We had delicious meals at Woodstock Inn and The Common Man. I wouldn't hesitate to rent this condo again. The owner (Lisa) was quick to respond and so helpful. Can't wait to go back!

Great location and fun townhouse for 2 families!

Stayed there this past weekend with another family. House has 4 levels so plenty of space for everyone. 2 of the girls loved the basement all to themselves. Cozy place when the fireplace is going! Would be ideal if there some basic bathroom supplies like a pump soap and cleaning crew must have missed dishes from previous renters as we opened and there were still dishes in there. Not a major deal but would have been nice if emptied before we arrived. Couple of minor items but worth noting. Overall, great stay and would rent again.

We can't wait to go back next year!!!

Our multigenerational family had an amazing vacation in NH...we loved everything about this condo! It has so much room to spread out... the kids spent most nights in the game room downstairs, while the adults were able to unwind and decompress from whatever we did during the day (which was always full of NH fun!). The kitchen has everything that you need to prepare meals, there are extra linens, towels, cleaning supplies, fans and so many added extras that made our stay extra wonderful! Everyone in our family had a blast and loved the condo...we will be renting again next year!! Thank you!!! :)
