Amazing Beach Property Awaits You

Amazing house within walking distance to everything. Just a 5 minute walk to the boardwalk and beach(1 block away), located in the famous Jersey Shore "Seaside Heights". The place is Impeccable, offering 3 large bedrooms each with there own balcony and Toddlers room with a full size bed, a crib set and some toys for the little ones. Each floor with its own beautifully appointed bathrooms. The living room has an electric reclining couch that could sleep two and a fireplace for those chilly nights. All rooms have ceiling fans. This house also features a game room with a pool/hockey table and table games. At night enjoy the views of the famous Ferris wheel and on Wednesday nights (which is the only night) the beautiful firework display from the third floor balcony (off of the game room). Take a stroll along the ocean, walk the boardwalk, go on the rides or send the kids and just enjoy a peaceful night relaxing in the hot tub with drinks in the backyard with family and friends. We are accommodating pets but limiting them to the first floor ONLY. A gate will be supplied for you to use at the bottom of the stairs. Create wonderful memories and bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Suppling * beach passes so you could work on those tanning lines.

Beautiful Property

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and super close to the beach. We were thrilled to be able to have our dog with us! (We don’t go anywhere without her!) I could tell it was an older home by the way it creaked. (My house was built in 1905!) To that point, I guess I understand why the AC wasn’t so great. Thank God it wasn’t 100 degrees outside when we were there. The wifi also is basically unusable which is a bummer.

Owner did not explain prior to booking that pets were limited to 1st floor which caused anxious pets to bark. Owner said that the yard was fully fenced in, which it was not. There was a gap in the fence at the front of the property which then resulted in my pets escaping and running away. Also made several attempts to contact the host prior to the booking to double check what was provided at the home vs what was needed. Host did not answer for several days and did not even fully answer the question. The listing states that shampoo/conditioner/soaps would be provided and it wasn’t… thankfully we brought our own. The backyard had Oreo wrappers, beer bottle tops, and cigarettes just thrown on the ground and left there. Several things in the home were broken such as the towel rack in the 2nd floor bathroom, the chair on the 2nd floor balcony, and the corner cupholder on the pool table. The hot tub was also filthy with the headrests that continuously fell off. Check in was difficult as the code for the door didn’t work the first time and host didn’t answer the phone when I called as he advised to do.

I sent you a check in list the morning of your arrival, which stated dogs only limited to the first floor. On 08/13 you asked if paper towels, soaps and etc. were available and on 08/24 I responded " bring your own bathing supplies, (soaps, shampoos and etc. and laundry detergent, dish towels and drinking water were not supplied). I also recommended to bring your own beach towels Sorry you were not able to enter the code correctly. Mostly all of my guest are able to open the door with the 6-digit code that is given to them on the first try. The 3 dogs only barked when you left them alone at night (the first night) from 9PM to 2AM and the second night it started up again and at 10PM my next-door neighbor called me to let me know what was happening. I called you to tell you that they were too loud. I allow pets because I have a dog. I usually don't allow pets over 30lbs and the most I ever allowed were two small dogs. In our earlier chats you said they were well behaved, and they were large breeds. A Lab mix, Dalmation mix and Husky mix. The damages that they caused ($826.69 and almost a noise ordinance summons) I think I will stick too my rule 30lbs or less. Sorry your stay wasn't up to par.

Great service

The house was exactly as stated. Location was perfect walking distance to beach and boardwalk. I did have small issue at checkin. The issue was quickly resolved and promt. Which is all you can ask for. The property manager was very personalbe and understanding. For that reason i would 100% recommend staying here. Me and the will back next year!!

This was a beautiful house in seaside (there are a lot of not so nice ones so this was refreshing). The location was perfect, very short walk to the boardwalk! Will definitely be staying again :)
