Come enjoy this stunning modern studio unit located right next to Texas A&M University. This unit has been professionally decorated and designed for friends and family members visiting the Bryan/College Station area.

This studio unit is the perfect mix of luxurious and cozy. We have put a lot of thought into the layout of this unit.
We have a designated living room space, perfect for lounging and watching TV. Next to the living room space is the designated sleeping space, where we have equipped the unit with a state of the art mattress and luxurious bedding and linen. The sleeping space is brilliantly divided by drapes to provide a secluded feeling when sleeping; but can be opened when necessary to provide more of a open feeling to the rest of the unit.
Our Full bathroom has a bathtub/shower combo, and is equipped with all of your necessities. Full kitchen has all of your cooking necessities along with a designated bar height table for eating or working from home. We also have a full washer and dryer set inside of the unit.

Guests will have full access to the unit, as well as the entire backyard.

We are conveniently the one of the closest vacation rentals to Kyle Field! Along with being close to everything on campus, we are located close to some great eateries as well.

Ring day stay
We stayed here for ring day and the location couldn’t be beat. We were able to walk over and back instead of having to shuttle or fight for parking. The owner was very responsive and communicative. We would stay here again.

Great Location!
The property is right behind Kyle Field, so its close to everything A&M related! If you’re looking for an affordable, comfortable place to stay close to the school, I would definitely recommend.

It was all about the amazing location for this rental. You’re definitely paying extra for the location on this one. The cottage had some foundation issues which was annoying. All-in-all we had a great stay! Walked to the game and had a blast!
