New backyard renovations include large back patio, propane fire pit and 4 hole putting green! The 2 bathrooms are equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a hair dryer. Additionally, there is an enjoyable additional space in the form of a living room with a cozy sofa bed. Whether you're exploring the city or simply enjoying the comforts of this delightful property, we think our place will help you experience everything College Station has to offer.

Why they chose this property

Stephanie graduated from Texas A&M in 2015 and she actually lived in the front house on the property for most of her time in college. There’s something special about the historic district and we hope you feel its energy while staying here! The historic is a very student heavy neighborhood so you’ll feel like you’re back in college during your stay.

What makes this property unique

Our short walk to campus and Kyle Field makes us very special. We can see the back on the Jumbotron from the backyard. We also can easily walk to Olsen Field for Aggie baseball and Reed arena for Aggie Basketball or graduation!
