Keys to Paradise - Shipyard Truman Annex 2 Bedroom / 1 Bathroom

Welcome to Keys to Paradise located in the Shipyard Condominium Complex at the beautiful Truman Annex!

This quaint, well-appointed condo is located on the first floor and offers two bedrooms and one bathroom. It has a huge back deck with a seating area and is just steps to all the "must see" sites and activities in Key West!

Upon arrival you are greeted at the Shipyard security gate via code entry as you enter our quaint community. You have one assigned parking space that is in front of the unit.

Entering the condo is simple! Guests will be provided a code for entry and a quick access to start enjoying your vacation.

Open the door and head through the hall where you will enter the dining room and living room. The dining room has a full-size table and four chairs. The living room has all new furniture that includes a full-size sofa (also a sleeper), two sitting chairs and a 50” flat screen TV.

To the right of the dining area is a well-appointed kitchen with all the must haves: Refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, coffee maker, blender, toaster etc.

Off the main hall you will find the guest bedroom that offers two twin size beds, a closet, a dresser, full length mirror and a flat screen firestick tv. The twin beds can convert to one king bed upon request!

The master bedroom is located at the rear of the home and offers a queen size bed, 50" flat screen tv, a closet, a dresser, and a full-length mirror.

Both bedrooms have windows to provide natural light, ceiling fans and privacy shades. Between the two bedrooms you will find the laundry closet with washer, dryer, broom etc. The bathroom has a full size shower/ tub combo, vanity, and toilet.
Walk through the living room and out the rear French doors you will find a large outdoor patio, table, chairs, umbrella, 2 cruiser bikes and a foot gate to quickly access the home.

Surrounding the condo, you will find lush mature foliage and vegetation throughout the community. Walking paths between the complexes provide a short cut to get to your destinations quickly. When staying at the property you are also given the foot gate keys to access the surrounding Truman Annex pedestrian gates throughout the day and night.

The community pool is also a great way to spend the afternoon. Beach towels are provided inside the unit as well as key for the pool & restroom. The pool is a great size and offers almost full day of sun. The pool area has plenty of loungers for you to enjoy the day basking in the tropical weather!

When choosing a place to stay in Key West, its important to find a location that offers quick access to everything. So you can chose to leave the car in the parking spot and experience Key West on foot or bike!

This condo is located less than 2 blocks to Truman's Little Whitehouse and the famous Green Parrot. It is less than 1 mile to Fort Zachary Taylor (Beach), Mallory Square, Duval Street, Southernmost Tip of the US, Hemingway House and SO much more.
