Detached house in the greenery of the Vara Valley, just 1.3 km from Varese Ligure. Surrounding the house is a natural plot (10,000 m2) with fruit trees and organic cultivation, maintained by the owner. The river Vara runs in front of the house, ideal for fishermen. A provincial road runs nearby. Ideal location for excursions to the famous bays in Sestri Levante (28 km Bay of Silence and Bay of Fairy Tales), which already captivated the Danish writer Andersen, to the famous Cinque Terre (44 km Bonassola and 47 km Monterosso). 72 km to the art and culture city of Genoa with one of the largest aquariums in Europe, 56 km to the glamorous Portofino, about which the French writer Guy de Maupassant wrote: "The village wraps itself around this calm basin like a crescent moon". The area offers plenty for sports enthusiasts: hiking, mountain biking, horse riding, tennis and golf. There is a well-known adventure park 10 kilometres away and a well-known outlet 24 kilometres away, on the road leading to the Cinque Terre. The upper floor is not accessible and is used by the owners as a warehouse. The last 100 metres of the access road are asphalted and 2.20 m wide.
