It's been recently updated, including a private 7-person jetted hot tub, heated game room, and fire pit.

The private lot is large and backs up to the Suncadia nature preserve, is one mile from Cle Elum Lake, and only 5-10 mins from Swiftwater winery, historic Roslyn and Suncadia resort (golf courses, spa, sledding, and more). During the summer you also have access to the Roslyn Ridge Pool & Activity Center.
