Def a cabin worth staying in. Owner communicates very promptly and left a sweet message for me and my husband. She also left snacks and it has a washer and dryer readily available. I'd stay here again if I go back to this area.

Cute roomy tiny house in a perfect area, very close to just about everything we did. Just a little dusty and could use some cosmetic touch up but otherwise lovely!
Excellent little property, extremely clean and well kept. Plenty of room in this "tiny" house for a family of seven, and the snacks were a nice touch. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks!

We enjoyed the tiny house! It was exceptionally clean and well stocked to say the least! It was a great time for us because it was our Granddaughter's first visit to Colorado so we wanted her to experience as many things as possible and the Tiny House was a great start to our nearly week long adventure! We would highly recommend this location for families with kids or any age! It was great start to our Colorado Adventure!!
Finding out that we had to boil water was not fun, so we had to go buy extra water.

Hi Renee,
We apologize for the inconvenience of boiling water, living in a very small mountain town and getting water from a water well comes with some disadvantages at times. Unfortunately due to freezing temperatures this winter quite a few homes had frozen pipes that caused the well to empty, boiling the water for cooking or brushing teeth helps insure all bacteria is killed off. We would hate for someone to get sick. But again I apologize for the inconvenience of your party of 7 having to buy bottled water for your two night stay.
My wife and our two boys really enjoyed staying in this tiny home for the weekend. It is a tiny space for sure but the kids had their own beds and space to hang out and my wife and I had our own private porch for morning coffee. The couch was a little small for all four of us, but my wife and I sat at the table with a puzzle and were able to enjoy movies with the kids from there. The host also stocked the fridge and cabinets with plenty of extras to make the space feel even more like home. There’s a perfect view of Pikes Peak from the front porch and in nice weather the Walmart is well within walking distance. Definitely already trying to plan our next trip back!

Hi Carter,
I am so glad that you and the family enjoyed spending Easter weekend living tiny. You are indeed correct living tiny means close quarters and does not offer a ton of space to roam, it's part of the joy and experience of tiny living. We would love to host you and your family again anytime.

To be honest, I was a bit skeptical how a tiny house would serve the needs of our family of four, but it truly delivered. It was exactly as it was advertised, and more. At every turn, the owner (or previous renters) had left behind items that made our stay that much easier. There was plenty of towels, silverware, dishes, and even shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and plenty of paper towels and TP! Our kids (ages 16 and 18) learned how to get ready in a loft area but found it to be an adventure. Cassie was very communicative and responsive to any questions we had. Would highly recommend!

Me and my young teenagers had a great time staying here. It really is a tiny house - filled with all the amenities of a house and 3 big screen TVs. The loft has a low roof, it made it fun for the kids, that was big with plenty of room, a TV & comfortable mattresses & bedding. The little things made it nice including snacks, waters, a fridge with condiments, etc. It’s good for a couple and two kids to stay comfortably. The only issue we had was we arrived in the dark and the address we had left off that it was #02 (or I couldn’t find the number). So we had a hard time finding it until I saw the number in one of the pictures. We enjoyed staying there much more than a motel and would stay there again. The owners were great to communicate with. Thanks Cassie for making our stay so comfortable!!

Bret,
We are just thrilled that you and your boys enjoyed "living tiny" we are so happy that we are able to provide you with just a great experience that you and your boys will hopefully always remember. We hope that if you are ever in the area that you think of us again. We appreciate you being such a great guest!

We had a great time in this tiny home. Cassie and Eddie had snacks and beverages waiting on our arrival. They also had a welcome sign with birthday wishes and a gift for our enjoyment. We had a few things going on out of Cassie’s control while we were there. The water was under a boil advisory and the roads were getting paved one of the days we were there. So a bit inconvenient boiling water but it happens. There are just a few things I would suggest smaller tables on the porches and clean the ceiling fan in living room and wash the one curtain in living room. Plus add curtains over the blinds for more privacy since the homes are so close together. The mattress and pillows could use an upgrade.

Michele,
Thanks so much for your 5 star review. We are so glad that you liked living tiny. We are glad you liked the snacks and drinks. And we also try to make special occasions even more special.
I will make sure we take extra time cleaning the fan and curtains. The high ceilings definitely add to the difficulty of reaching those areas after every clean, bit I'll make sure the issue is resolved. I am also sorry you didn't super enjoy the beds and pillows. They are only about 2 years old, and we just can't buy 3 new beds each year, although we wish we could. But again thank you for your kind words and we hope you visit again.

We were secretly eloping in the Garden of The Gods and this little hideaway was awesome and conveniently located near everything! Amazing tiny house and super spacious. Cassie left a sweet note and bottle of wine for us upon our arrival. Tons of amenities and seamless communication with the owners. Highly recommend, definitely will be staying here again in the near future!
This tiny home suited our needs perfectly. It was clean and nicely updated. The kitchen was very nice and the beds were comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet. Communication with the host was excellent. We had a bit of difficulty finding in the dark but no trouble getting in once we found it. We will likely be back!!
Cassie our host was helpful and kind in making sure everything was great for our stay. Tiny house living exceeded our expectations. Can't wait to do it again.

Super cute, decorated with a modern feel. The host has left all the little touches to make it feel so much like a home away from home. Even with our family of six this tiny home was super comfy and cozy.
