This lovely property has something for everyone as it has the 3 R’s = Recreation, Rest & Relaxation. Perfect for a peaceful, relaxing, quiet getaway to a vacation full of activities, things to do and sights to see. Situated right outside Spooner with Hayward, Siren, Webster, Danbury and Rice Lake all less than 30 minutes away, you are far enough for privacy yet close enough to enjoy the many opportunities these communities have to offer. This stunning cabin in the woods will meet the needs of any vacationer; from those who are looking for more revved up, high energy activities all the way to peaceful, serene and low-key relaxation along with everything in between.
There is a bounty of lakes, streams, rivers in which to play, fish and enjoy. Dunn Lake is less than a mile away. Trego, Sunfish, Casey, McKenzie and others are all nearby. Shell Lake, with its expansive sandy beach, is only 20 minutes away. The pristine Namekagon river is a treasure with access to outfitter services for all your river activities such as canoeing, kayaking and tubing. UTV/ATV trails of Washburn County are accessed directly from the front of the property – bring your toys!

A great snowmobile trail can be accessed directly from the back of the property and connects to a wide variety of trails in Washburn, Burnett, Douglass counties and beyond.
While out and about, there are so many dining, shopping and entertainment options to check out. Make sure to visit some of the great restaurants nearby such as The Still, Round Man Brewery, The Shop, Hub's Riverbend, La Cabana, and so many more. Spooner has a vibrant downtown with artistic shops and one of a kind finds. Each nearby community has it’s own unique offerings and they are just waiting for you to explore.
When you are done with all your activities, enjoy the quiet and serenity of your Pinecation Retreet. There are trails for walking and contemplating, a nice size deck to enjoy, hammocks to relax and read in and two campfire areas. Roast some marshmallow by the fire, stargaze and listen to the sounds of nature. The cabin is set in the midst of peaceful pines that will whisper to you in the wind. Your retreet has a well-appointed, cozy kitchen which is open to the living room with comfy seating, large tv for movies and a mesmerizing wall fireplace. There is one full bath and one half bath and full size washer and dryer. The lower bedroom is spacious with a queen size bed and bonus seating area surrounded by windows. The loft bedroom has a full size bed with room for a full/queen size air bed. The loft allows for an amazing view from the vantage point of the treetops.
The kitchen is fully equipment with most everything that you might need. There is a coffee maker, some coffee, air fryer, electric frying pan, toaster oven, electric stove, pots and pans, baking sheet, porcelain plates and some paper plates, mixing bowls, cups and glasses, utensils and cutlery.
So come away from it all and make the vacation of your dreams!

Why they chose this property
We would like to welcome you to our cabin and hope you will enjoy it as much as we do. We came to this area a couple of years ago and fell in love with the privacy, quietness and abundance of nature. Its close proximity to many attractions, activities and very interesting local restaurants, breweries and wineries is also a big plus. The people in the community are very warm and welcoming too.
We love walking the snowmobile trail and riding the many nearby trails. The snowmobile trail is located right out the back door on the south side of the property while access to the ATV/UTV trails are right out the front door. There a many nearby lakes, rivers and streams to experience. There are just so many unique and wonderful opportunities for dining, shopping, catching live music, enjoying festivals and appreciating local arts. Once the days activities are done, we love winding down on the deck or around the fire pit and listen to the breeze whispering through the pines in addition to the occasional sounds of wildlife (the yips and howls of wolves and coyotes, the hoots of owls and distinctive call of the whippoorwill are some of the neat sounds you may hear)
We put together some pointers to familiarize you with the area. We hope you will have a fabulous stay.
