Back in the days, the property use to be the Martin van Burn camp site , the property offer a 26 acre, a 1500 feet private lake front for swimming and kayaking , bring your fishing rod, you might be lucky for a good bass.
It is a 400sqf bungalow , open space ( loft style ) bedroom area, open kitchen, dining area, leaving room , with a 200sqf outdoor back terrace, ideal for eating out

Great place to stay

Amazing place to relax. My husband and I had a great time at Kinderhook. The place was clean and quiet. The view from lake was amazing. It’s also a great place to stay with a dog. I highly recommend Kinderhook, Ann and Francois. It is definitely a great place to come back.

The only issue is parking down the hill in a lot. We arrived there in the rain and it was difficult to roll luggage over gravel/chirt drive. We opted to park in front of our cottage and then move the vehicle a bit later. Other guests did the same.

Great place to relax

Very nicely renovated cabins in private, remote feeling setting, far from the road, but a close drive to everything you need, including truly amazing BBQ place. Comfy bed. Fancy shower. Only downside maybe lack of freezer for ice cream (fridge only in our unit). The lake is nice, lots of boats you can use to explore, hardly any other houses on it. We swam, and the water feels really nice once you get past the weedy parts at the edges.

Perfect getaway for the weekend

We loved our stay in the cabin! It was clean, cozy, and it had everything we needed for a couple’s weekend away. We really enjoyed our time here and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxed stay.
