Great place super clean and comfortable! Nice quiet spot with lots to do in the area. Thank you for the recommendation for the Chatham brewery, we visited and they had delicious beers and food!

This house is halfway to Cape Cod for us and the perfect stop for cutting our trip in half. But the house is so large and the property so beautiful I wish we could have stayed longer. I would love to stay here again next year!

Mark was very accommodating and always available immediately if I had a question. The place was very clean and comfortable. Perfect location. We would love to come back in the summer when we can use the fire pit and the creek in the back.

Really great space! More than enough space for the 4 of us, and it was clean and well equipped. Easy to find and great communication when any questions arose. The space down by the water was a nice touch!

Nice place to stay with family. Updated kitchen and living areas. Nicely appointed. Small bedroom upstairs requires walking through a larger bedroom to get to, but would be fine for a family. Small issue of water/plumbing have a slight sulfur smell which may or may not be common to the area. Hosts had a large jug of separate drinking water for the kitchen. Overall, we would stay again.

The house was very convenient for our stay! Just miles away from the Fairgrounds. It was perfect for our family! We looked at the pictures and only saw a kerig so we brought our drip coffee machine. To our surprise the house had both; a Kerig and a drip coffee maker!The house was spacious with plenty of room for the family to hang out and our grandson to sleep well in the other room. We didn't get a chance to use the firepit or the pool table but they both looked inviting!Marc had all the amenities we needed, spices and cookware in the kitchen, shampoo in the bathroom etc!

The house is so cute. The owners did a fantastic job restoring it. Be sure to look at the book with before & after photos! We used the upstairs king bed. It was very comfortable. The house had everything we needed. Our 2 dogs loved splashing in the stream at the back of the property. We didn't use the fire pit, but I'm sure it would be great on a cool night. There is a diner a few minutes from the house, Dan's Diner. It was built in 1925 & restored by the owner. The food is 5 stars! We enjoyed our stay & highly recommend staying here. Thank you Mark for your prompt response to our questions.
