Spacious Townhome. Pool, Hot Tubs. Steps to lift.
Comfortable and convenient, beautiful three-bedroom townhome. Located in a very quiet Breckenridge neighborhood, yet just a block from Snowflake Lift and only a few blocks from Main Street. It offers access to an off-site outdoor heated pool and hot tubs. Open floor plan with full kitchen, dining area, and large living room. Relax in a cozy living room with gas fireplace and 75" TV. There are two decks on each side of the main level. You can park one car in a private heated garage and another one in the driveway.
Main Level. Large full kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Access to a deck with BBQ. Living room with vaulted ceilings, 75" TV, and gas fireplace. Dining area. Access to another balcony from the living room. Around the corner, there is also a bedroom with a king bed and a bathroom.
Upper Level. The entire upper level was dedicated to a spacious, private master bedroom. It is separated from the rest of the home by two flights of stairs and a loft. We have a desk with a chair in the loft, just in case you need to get some work done. King bed, vaulted ceilings, wall-mounted TV with live channels through Xfinity, and a leather chair to read a book in. The bedroom opens to a balcony with two chairs. Huge walk-in closet to put all of your stuff out of sight. There is a steam shower, two sink vanity, and jetted tub in the ensuite bathroom.
Lower Level. The third bedroom with a bunk bed and a queen bed on the lower level is an ideal room for kids. The top bunk bed is for a child only please. It has its own bathroom with a shower/tub combination and there is a wall-mounted TV.
Washer and Dryer.
Wi-Fi. Free wireless is included.
TV. There is a TV with live channels through Xfinity in each room and there is a 75" TV in the living room.
Pool and Hot Tubs. You will have access to an off-site outdoor heated pool and two outdoor and one indoor hot tub at the Upper Village Clubhouse (a couple/few blocks away). The clubhouse is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day and then during the entire ski season (closing sometimes at the beginning of April).
Parking. Heated one-car garage. Another car can be parked directly in front of the garage, the driveway is tight. Trailers, campers and oversized vehicles are not allowed.
Skiing. You can easily access either Peak 8 or Peak 9. Snowflake lift, which would take you to Peak 8, is pretty much just across the street. To access Peak 9, you would take one stop bus to Beaver Run (the bus stop is right across the street). On the way back you can ski all the way down (just a block from the home) via Four O'Clock Ski Run.
Town. The historic Main Street with all shops and restaurants is just 4 blocks away. If you prefer, you also take the bus (it's free and it takes just couple minutes).
Hiking. There are so many beautiful trails around Breckenridge. The Sawmill Reservoir trailhead is just across the street.

The place was terrific! Rooms were very comfortable and clean and made our stay relaxing. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook and serve family style meals. The property’s location was great as it made it very easy to get around walking to the ski lift or downtown. The host was also friendly and responsive to questions about the pool and hot tub.
Home is wonderful! Seamless communication with the host throughout our stay. Kitchen is very well equipped and had all we needed. Quick walk to Snowflake lift and an easy walk to Main Street. Very close to shuttle stop. Highly recommend!
Property is very well laid out with easy access to the Snowflake lift and bus stops to get to town or to other peaks. The townhome was well stocked with toiletries and kitchen needs. Daniel was great as a host and we would stay again.

Our stay was excellent! The home was beautiful & well equipped. Fireplace, ceiling fans, lots of space for the 6 of us. Daniel was very accessible & helpful. We stayed during off season, so pool & hot tub at clubhouse were closed. Neighborhood was gorgeous- close to walking/hiking trails and a short drive to Main Street. Would recommend highly! The property is beautiful and just the right size to house our family, with additional family joining us for dinner. The kitchen was arranged so that cooking didn’t mean missing out on the fun—it kept you right in the heart of the action. Clean home, perfectly located to walk into town, and easy to work with management.

The property was perfect for our stay. It is very spacious and comfortable for large groups. It is well stocked with everything you need and the owner was very responsive to our needs. We really enjoyed our stay at this townhome! It’s very close to the restaurants and Main st so we ended up walking a lot to places which we really enjoyed. The place was super clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Daniel was very responsive and was very helpful if we had questions. We loved this place so much that we want to come every year! Highly recommend!
This unit was PERFECT for our group of 8. The large TV offered entertainment in the evening and the proximity to the slopes was very convenient, just a couple short blocks. It was exactly as pictured and maybe even better. The manager was extremely helpful and even checked in on us once we had arrived.
Beautiful Townhouse with lots of space for a bigger group. One of the best stocked kitchen and bathrooms we have seen. Comfortable beds and large bathrooms. Daniel was excellent. Did not realise hot tubs are not onsite, only short 5min walk.
This is a well equiped townhome near to Snowflake lift and ski back on The Four O'Clock run, a short walk. the owner was attentive and pots, pans and utensils well supplied. Basic supplies are here, but no extra "ingredients" in the kitchen that you sometimes find. The beds were comfortable, but basic, the linens, pillows and towels not quality.
The radiant floor heating and steam shower were nice to have, and good quality TVs and cable service in each bedroom. Garage is a plus.

This condo was perfect in every way for our short 2 night stay and ski getaway. The location was excellent as it was only a couple hundred yard walk to the snowflake lift and then later in the day down the 4'oclock run to return and walk back to condo. Couldn't have been easier.
The condo was spotless clean, very comfortable and well equipped. We loved all the little touches by the owner like welcome chocolate bar, stocked lotions and other toiletries. It was wonderful sitting by the gas fireplace and watching the snow come down for our skiing next day.
I would highly recommend this condo for a skiing visit or a summer exploration of the Breck resort. Just a short walk to town too. If we ever come back to ski Breck this condo will absolutely be our first choice. The instructions from the owner were also super thorough and easy and he was awesome to deal with. Five stars all the way!
We had a fantastic ski trip over President's Day week! The property is very nice with an excellent location. First the location, very quick walk to a useful free shuttle stop one stop away from the Peak 9 base (Gold or Grey routes) or you can take the shuttle the opposite direction with a couple stops to the parking lot gondola which accesses peak 7 and 8; you can also walk just down the block and hop right on the Snowflake lift, so other than being right at the base, this is about as convenient as it gets IMO. The property was very nice with a large kitchen with up to date appliances and a gas range. Grill on the back patio but we did not take advantage of this during this trip. Nice glassware for wine and other beverages and plenty of cutlery, cookware, etc.
Living room had a lovely gas firelplace that actually put out a decent flame compared to places we've stayed at before, and the TV was huge with all the apps you'd want to use (we still bring a Firestick for convenience, but this had it all). The bedrooms were also very well appointed and comfortable, King sized bed in the master with an excellent en suite bathroom with steam shower, jaccuzi tub, dual vanity and a massive walk in closet. Second bedroom on main floor with two twin beds and full bathroom just outside, 3rd bedroom downstairs with a bunkbed with twin on top and full sized lower bed. We brought the top bunk down so that our 4 year old could sleep there and it worked out perfectly. This bed also had a nice en suite bath with standup shower as well as shower/tub combo. Driveway is a bit narrow but we were able to park an Outback with a ski rack inside and another SUV in the driveway outside.
The owner Daniel was very attentive and made the entire stay very smooth.
I would highly recommend this property and would love to stay here again for another ski trip or Spring/Summer/Fall trip (underrated times to visit).

Great location, steps away from a great rental shop and the snowflake lift. Very short ride on Yellow/Brown buses to Beaver Run or to the main st/gondola parking area.
We are a family of six, and this was a great property for us. Communication with Daniel the owner was great, and the property was exactly as described. Several positives included ample space for us to spread out after skiing, four beds for the kids so each child had their own bed, the location is a very short walk to either the yellow line bus or the Snowflake chair and 4 O’clock run, and the heated garage was big enough for our Expedition and all of our ski gear. Kids loved the access to the pool and hot tubs. Oh and for the little TV we did watch, the wall mounted TV is about the size of a movie theater screen! No negatives. Would definitely rent again.
We like that the home is in a quiet part of town, yet close to everything. It’s literally ski-in ski-out (3 min walk to the lift) and close to trails for summer hikes. Also, the pool and hot tubs are amazing.
