Sleeps 12. With this rental you will have access to floors 2 & 3. Floor 2 & 3 is accessed via your own private elevator. Floor 1 is not included in this rental.

The residence is truly unique, being the only free standing residence on the promenade of South Beach. Located adjacent to Versace Mansion and across Ocean Drive to the beach, the location and accommodations are like nothing else you will find.
