Nestled by the babbling Blackwater River and 100 yards from the banks of Pleasant Lake, the Dam Cottage is located in the heart of the quaint Elkins Village. In its 100-year history, the cottage was a mill, the Scytheville Post Office, and a flower shop. Now it is a cozy retreat and a perfect base for your next ski trip, or for swimming, boating, or taking in the sunset. The cottage is a short drive from Ragged, Sunapee, and Pats Peak Mountains, and a short walk to the beach and boat put-in. The cottage itself is bright and clean and ready to host your next getaway.
