@SunapeeSeasons—Across from Dewey Beach, Lake View, 8 Min. from Mt. Sunapee
Welcome to 'Sunapee Seasons'—overlooking Dewey Beach on Lake Sunapee and 8 minutes from Mount Sunapee, with each theme bedroom celebrating one iconic season in this ever-changing region. Let in the breeze and unwind indoors ...or simply walk to the sand beach across the street. In winter Mt. Sunapee is just up the road, and come fall the entire property is bathed in foliage. Once you've seen one "Sunapee season" we know you'll want to experience them all!
A wall of glass sliders wraps around the living room revealing a spectacular view of Lake Sunapee. The living room itself is updated, comfy, and a little bit funky. There are pops of gold and brass, not to mention a hand-painted mural by a local artist—surely the first of many selfie opportunities in town.
Here you'll also find the dining table. Pop open the sliders nearby for an "al fresco" feel... without any of the bugs. Beside that: the kitchen, with full-size appliances and a custom pine coffee bar with extra seating.
On the main floor you'll find the "Autumn" bedroom. It's the largest, but all three bedrooms are equivalent: with queen Helix Midnight hybrid beds (medium-firm), spa-grade linens, hypoallergenic bedding, ceiling fans, and plenty of closet storage. This floor also has a full bathroom with a rain shower head and river rock tiles, plus guest cleaning supplies and a stacked washer/dryer.
By now the vaulted ceilings may have pulled your attention upstairs. That's where you'll find the "Summer" and "Winter" bedrooms, as well as another full bathroom—this one with a skylight, alcove bathtub, and a selfie mirror with Edison light bulbs.
Outside there's a wraparound deck with adirondack chairs, outdoor side tables, and a commanding view of the lake.
You have full access to the entire home, minus the basement which is a storeroom for cleaning staff. This includes an oversized living & dining room, full kitchen with breakfast bar, wraparound deck with a scenic view, garage, and long driveway.
There is no need to clean, tidy up, strip the beds, run the dishwasher, or perform any "chores" before checking out. Our hotel-caliber cleaning staff will handle everything for you.
We are friendly and will do almost anything to make sure your stay is a perfect 10. So please don't be shy—let us know if there is anything we can do to improve your time here.

Why they chose this property
The home was built by Harry and Maureen Snow in 1986 so they could live closer to their brand new grandson: me! Uncountable memories have already been made here, and our highest aspiration for Sunapee Seasons is that it captures a bit of that same magic for you.
