This building has been recently remodeled — a real gem on the Emerald Coast! This spacious one bedroom is truly steps from the Gulf of Mexico. Ground floor condo located directly on the beach. No elevator or stairs. Direct, private beach access makes getting back and forth from the beach a breeze. No planning your bathroom or lunch breaks because you are so close. Tiki Beach is a small, cozy complex with lots of privacy. Our guests will have a dedicated parking space with private keyless entry/exit into the condo. This condo has a fully stocked and updated kitchen, new flooring, stackable washer and dryer, new extremely comfortable king bed, and beach essentials provided so you can head straight to the sand the moment you arrive. Cable and WiFi that allows for sign-in to streaming services. Walk out the back door and within 10 steps, your toes are in the sand! Beach essentials provided including beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels-everything you need for a perfect day on the sand. The condo decor makes you feel like you're at the beach at all times! In unit washer and dryer included — perfect for extended stays and snowbirds looking for a comfortable winter retreat.

We absolutely loved this condo! Being on the first floor with direct beach access was a total game changer. No stairs, no hassle, just walk right out to the sand. The place was super clean, comfy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The bed was super comfy, the kitchen was well stocked, and you can tell the owners really care about keeping it nice for guests. This was our 3rd stay and we will definitely be back again.

We always love staying at this condo and it makes our vacation so much better. It is always clean and has everything we need for our stay. First Wave at Tiki Beach Unit 12 is located directly on the beach. It doesn't get any closer than this. So convenient to step out your back door and have your toes in the sand. A beautiful sand dune covered in sea oats enhances your view of the Gulf of Mexico. Watch the sea oats sway in the Gulf breeze as you sip your drink from the high top chairs on the patio. No need lugging lunch with you to the beach — it is an easy walk from the condo to the beach to accommodate any beach breaks you'll need. Restaurants are just a short walk away and a scenic sidewalk runs the entire length of the island — perfect for walking, running or biking.

What makes this property unique

We can't stress enough how this particular building is located so close to the beach. It really doesn't get any better than this. Just steps away from your toes in the sand! This is also a small condominium complex of just 9 units, which makes for a more quaint, less congested vacation experience. No crowded elevators, no packed pool areas — just a quiet and private beachfront escape that feels like your own little slice of paradise.
