Driveway Access: Please use caution when entering the driveway, especially in inclement weather, as it slopes down from the road to the house.
Security Cameras: In an effort to protect our property and ensure a safe stay for all guests, we have three exterior security cameras. These are visible and located near the entrances.
Occupancy and Pricing: Our nightly rate includes accommodations for up to 10 guests. For groups larger than 10, a one-time flat fee of $50 per additional guest (up to 15 guests) applies. This structure keeps pricing fair and reasonable for smaller groups while helping offset the costs of maximum occupancy.

Late check-out billed $50 for the 1st hour, $100 for the 2nd. After 2 hours, you'll be charged an extra night and incoming guest accommodation.

Had a fabulous trip. The house was just as described. Very clean and comfortable. Location was very close to some easy hiking trails. The fall foliage was amazing. Owner was very quick to respond to questions.

Great family weekend

We were in the valley for a hockey tournament and this house was a perfect place for our family of 5 to spend time away. The location was great, house was just as described, owner was very responsive. We enjoyed our down time in front of the fire and had some family fun playing pool. Would absolutely stay here again!

***large home, close to everything!***

Four, out of town ski instructors for professional development, loved the location of this large home, right at the base of the mountain road. We each had our own room and bathroom which was a game changer! Full size kitchen with big center island allowed us to enjoy cooking our meals and the cozy couch in front of the warm fire allowed us to start our day with our coffee and end with wine. When it snowed, the driveway and front porch was cleared right away. The host was very responsive to our all needs, from check in to check out, would definitely stay here again!

Lovely house, so much room

Lovely home with so much space. Walking distance the Waterville Valley center square. Tip: there is a shortcut along the river.The owner is very responsive. I asked if there were any test strips for the hot tub and the pool company came out straight away and refreshed the hot tub.We would love to come stay again.

Great ski house

I live in Waterville Valley and I needed a rental house for 7 adult family members for a family event. The house very clean and well decorated. The kitchen was also well stocked. The large open concept living area worked well for the family. It's a great ski house. I'm glad I found this property because I have several friends in Waterville Valley that may need a rental house for family in the future. I will certainly recommend!

Cousin Gathering

My family was looking for a place that we could all bring kids (cousins ages 2-17) and enjoy adult time as well. Greg’s house was perfect! The amount of bedrooms and overall space was exactly what we were looking for! The open floor plan and basement allowed us to enjoy some adult time after kids had gone to bed. The house was nicely kept and very clean/organized. It was a quick walk to the indoor/outdoor pool and to town square. We can’t wait to return to Waterville Valley and to Greg’s house!

Son's Wedding

Gregory our host was Extremely accommodating to our family during our 5 day stay for our Son's Wedding. We found the house in perfect condition. Gregory maintained contact with us during our stay to make sure that if we needed anything he was there for us. The house was everything it stated in the listing and More. The house is very centrally located to all of the Waterville Venues. Great get-away!!

What an ideal rental home!! For a group who wanted to feel secluded but close to amenities in a ski village, we nailed it! This was a very spacious, well laid-out, comfortable home. The kitchen was the perfect gathering space, there was a huge dining and living area, spacious bedrooms and comfortable mattresses. Even a bathroom/shower for every bedroom, which is a bonus! We treated ourselves to a long soak in the brand new hot tub after a day on the slopes!! Sweet! The host was very approachable and super easy to work with. Greg responded very timely to any questions, and seemed like a great owner! Thank you Greg!

Best Home in Waterville Valley

We had a fantastic stay in this house. Waterville Valley was a nostalgic destination for me, but a new experience for my family. While we loved the town and activities, our family's consensus is that this home was the best part. The house was very clean and as described/depicted in the VRBO listing. The quality of the home for the price can't be beat. We reviewed every available WVV listing and couldn't be happier with our selection. The location is great and only a few minutes to everything we needed. Our host prepared our stay for just about every need we had. Gregory was in communication from check-in to check-out and made sure we had a great experience. If we return to Waterville Valley, looking up this home will be our first step in planning. Thanks again!

Exceptional long-weekend! For a 4bedroom the property is very large which was so appreciated because we were 3 families traveling together - everyone had plenty of space. The hot tub was enjoyed by all! The property is lovingly maintained - the host communications were wonderful! The location to Waterville valley could not be beat. We will be back!

We are a family of 5 with 3 young kids. We love traveling and being able to share our space with others. We currently have 4 properties in the White Mountains and love being able to sneak away to the area whenever possible. We have been hosting since 2021 and love hearing from our guests about different traditions -some old, some new- and the memories you have made at our home!

Why they chose this property

Waterville Valley is home to many memories for our family. It is quieter and more family oriented than some of the surrounding mountain areas and absolutely beautiful year round. Our home could not have a more convenient location and is in a quiet neighborhood offering much more space and privacy than some of the other options in the area.

What makes this property unique

Aside from the location, our home is great for groups of all sizes. If you need some separation on vacation we have 2 living spaces between the living room and finished basement. With 5 showers everyone will be able to get cleaned up after a day on the trails, or get ready quick in the morning for a big event downtown (think weddings!). With 4 good sized bedrooms and a queen sleeper in the finished basement everyone should have enough room to get some rest!
