Insta: Maison_belardia. Our house is completely new, we have made it with care between authenticity and practicality.
The house consists of 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms in all.
- 3 suites with bathroom (160 cm bed + double sinks + walk-in shower)
- 1 dormitory with bathroom (2 beds of 90 + 1 bed with bars + a changing table + double sinks + bathtub). The rooms are all very well insulated from each other.
- a beautiful country style entrance
- a large open plan living room with Sonos sound system
- a kitchen/dining room (table for 12 people) and central island
- garden with plants: hydrangeas, roses, viburnum, jasmine, bougainvillea, apple trees, etc.
- 3-burner gas plancha Forge Adour
- heated swimming pool equipped with a safe electric curtain for children.
- view of fields, forest and deer
The house also includes all the high-end household appliances for everyday life (toaster / nespresso machine / juicer / blender / oven / dishwasher / washing machine / dryer)

It is pleasant to live in both winter and summer. Underfloor heating.

Very stylish and comfortable house with amazing private pool. The scenery is gorgeous (we saw fawns in the pasture) but still a short drive to the airport and Biarritz. Communication with Elena was easy and she had lots of great recommendations to share. Highly recommend!

Très jolie maison confortable et au calme avec dex chambres spacieuses et une literie de qualité.Nous avons passé 3 jours dans cette maison pour assister au mariage de notre fille.La communication avec les propriétaires a été facile et très agréable

5 étoiles ce n’est pas suffisant pour noter cet havre de paix.. ne vous fiez pas aux photos, cette maison est bien plus belle et incroyablement magnifique en vrai! Nous avons passé 1 semaine incroyable, loin du tumulte, le réveil avec des biches et des chevaux à quelques mètres du jardin.. le couché du soleil qui traverse la maison lui donne un vrai charme! Dès que l’on traverse l’entrée il y a ce parfum de bois, un parfum chaleureux qui vous mets tout de suite dans de bonnes sensations !La maison est très propre, très bien équipé, la propriétaire est très agréable et tout est très bien expliqué. Je recommande 1000 fois!
