Three ladies in our mid fifties enjoyed this property very much. The cute little larder shop just down the block called Spread Market was perfect for fresh sourdough and delectable charcuterie, wine and sandwich supplies. It is a cute neighborhood! There is a bit of usual street noise in the early morning but very quiet overnight.

If you’re looking to stay close to Broadway but in a walkable neighborhood that is dense with restaurants and places to have cocktails look no further. Germantown is the best area to stay. This house met all my expectations! All three beds are very comfortable with very soft sheets. The house is clean and newly renovated. There’s a coffee maker and a k-cup machine. The owner even provides some snacks a few bottled waters and some coffee. I have rented other properties by this owner and this one is the best. The location is very safe! The off-street parking is also a plus!

Comfortable, close to downtown, nice neighborhood, parking tight for our big truck but doable, cute interior, nice A/C, had an issue with bedding and owner was very responsive and addressed promptly.

Parking was amazing, great little house, some dirt around the baseboards and the sink basins weren’t perfect but for the price and the amount of space it was perfect! They had basic toiletries in each shower, having a washer/dryer was also a plus. They provided a few pods for both the dishwasher and laundry which was really great. I’d definitely stay again!
