This unit has 2 bedrooms. 1st bedroom is equipped with a comfortable king sized bed and smart TV to enjoy your favorite tv shows and movies. The 2nd bedroom has a comfortable queen bed. The modular couch can easily be turned into a bed that can sleep 2 guests.

There is one full bathroom in the unit fully stocked with all of the toiletries that you need in case you don’t want to bring your own.

The bright and airy kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, cookware and utensils you need to feel at home. The dining room table has seating for 6 guests. Second time here & it’s our fav in Nash

We stayed here in August for move-in and it was perfect so booked again for move-out. The place has a lot of room, comfortable beds, a great shower and is close to Belmont & Vanderbilt. The outdoor space is a great place to work or just sit and read on the porch swing. Thank you for another wonderful stay, we will be back.

My husband, daughter and I were in town for a college visit. The place we stayed in was perfect for what we needed. It was clean, in great location, and very comfortable. If she ends up going to school in Nashville, I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect for move-in

We stayed here for our daughter’s college move-in at Belmont. It was a perfect location for walking to campus and to the Hillsboro neighborhood. We felt very safe and it was a very nice neighborhood. The kitchen is perfect for small groups and the bedrooms were comfortable. We spent time out front for meals & read books on the swing out back. Parking is great as well, there is room for 2 cars out back and street parking out front as well

Perfect for friends

The apartment was exactly as pictured. Parking was easy to find and access. This is a bottom floor apartment so you will hear the people above you. Thankfully our neighbors weren’t up late and the host provided sound machines for both bedrooms so it wasn’t a problem for us. Everything we needed for the weekend was about a 10 minute drive away. I would love to visit again!

We truly enjoyed this beautiful property. It was perfect for a ladies weekend in Nashville! May I suggest some things to add to the comfort. 1. A safety strip on the step down of the bedroom. 2. Mirrored dressers in the bedrooms. Or, at least wall mirrors.

Short but Sweet

The property is a on a quiet street and was awesome! Two bedrooms (beds are very comfortable) and one bathroom. A full kitchen with a nice size living room. There is also plenty of areas to sit outside. We walked to many places in the Music Row area. You could definitely walk to the Gulch or Broadway, it's just a bit farther away. The property manager was very helpful and quick to respond! Very attentive. This is a great place to stay and I would definitely stay here again!
