About this property

A large and comfortable apartment!

The apartment Inessa is 71 square meters and has electrically operated shutters. A flat rate throughout the house enables free calls and free WiFi. The light-flooded living room with direct access to the loggia has a spacious seating area, cable TV and radio, DVD and CD player.
The comfortable relaxation armchair in the reading corner invites large and small bookworms to relax. Suitable literature is abundant!

2 people can comfortably eat in the fully equipped kitchen. A stove with 4 ceramic hobs and oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with 4-star freezer, coffee machine / coffee pad machine, kettle, microwave, toaster and egg cooker provide the necessary additional convenience, as does an adjacent storage room.

In the larger bedroom with wardrobe, bedside tables and full-length mirror, a comfort bed ensures a restful sleep.
A children's travel bed is provided free of charge.

Two individually standing comfort beds, wardrobe, bedside table and a mirror complete the smaller bedroom.
Clock radios in both bedrooms let you fall asleep gently or wake up with a swing! Bed linen is of course free of charge.

The comfort bathroom has a window and is equipped with a shower, toilet and vanity with illuminated mirror. Hair dryer and cosmetic mirror are also available.

The 8 m long and sunny loggia has a table with 4 chairs, a bench, a lounger and a parasol.

Your free parking space is under a carport on the property.

Selten so eine tolle Wohnung!

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit allem, was man braucht. Schöner Balkon mit viel Platz,Tolle ruhige Lage in einer Einfamilienhaussiedlung, Ende einer sachgasse, daher kein Durchgangsverkehr, sehr nette Vermieterin (tolles Wetter:-), ideal für Wandertouren gelegen (vor allem für Sammler der Stempel für den Harzer Wanderpass). Sehr sehr sehr sauber! Selten so erlebt. Unbedingt eine Empfehlung!

Gepflegte Ferienwohnung

Das Wetter hat uns einen Strich durch den sonst sehr guten Aufenthalt gemacht. Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt und bestens ausgestattet. Wir haben uns hier wohlgefühlt. Auch die Anbindung an Goslar durch den halbstündigen Takt des Busses ist gut. Die Bushaltestelle ist in einem 7-minütigen Fußweg erreichbar. Der Standort sollte im Sommer auch ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Fahrradtouren sein.

Our stay in Goslar was very pleasant!

Unser Aufenthalt in Goslar war sehr angenehm. Die Wohnung war sehr komfortabel, es fehlte an nichts. Der Empfang durch den Eigentümer war sehr herzlich, wir bekamen Gutscheine, mit denen wir kostenlos mit dem Bus ins Zentrum fahren konnten. Auch für Ausflüge in die Umgebung ist die Lage des Hauses ideal. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einem ruhigen Stadtteil von Goslar. Es ist eine wunderschöne Wohnung, es fehlt an nichts. Alles ist bis ins kleinste Detail sehr liebevoll dekoriert, gepflegt und sehr sauber. Frau Wodicka hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und auch am Abreisetag persönlich verabschiedet. . Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, und können die Wohnung nur empfehlen.

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Frau Wodicka empfang uns sehr freundlich und wir fühlten uns sofort wohl. Wir wurden mit kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten von Familie Wodicka überrascht, über die wir uns sehr freuten und hatten damit einen tollen Start in den Urlaub. Die Wohnung selbst war genau wie auf den Bildern und ein Traum. Die Küche war klasse ausgestattet, in den Betten konnten wir sehr gut schlafen und allgemein ließ die Ausstattung (z.B. Technik, Sofa, Essbereich, Bad, Balkon, ...) von der Qualität keine Wünsche offen. Auch war alles von der Sauberkeit ein Traum. Alles was benötigt wurde, war vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist absolut ruhig gelegen um gut entspannen und abschalten zu können. Die bereitgestellten Fahrräder waren klasse, sehr gut zu fahren und es war richtig schön Goslar mit dem Fahrrad zu erkunden. Wir danken der Familie Wodicka für ihre liebe und ruhige Art. Sehr sehr gerne buchen wir wieder bei Ihnen.

Die Ferienwohnung liegt in ruhiger Lage und befindet sich im oberen Stock des Hauses. Die Wohnung ist komfortabel eingerichtet und mit einigen Extras ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Unsere Gastgeber haben uns sehr freundlich empfangen und alle Regeln und Besonderheiten zu Kenntnis gegeben. Die zur Verfügung gestellten "Gästekarten" der Stadt Goslar konnten wir gut nutzen. eine tolle Auszeit

Die Wohnung war toll: sauber, schön, gut ausgestattet mit allem was wir brauchten ( z.B. Babybett und -Stuhl, ein paar Spiele). Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich. Die ruhige Lage in einem Ort von Goslar war angenehm, ein Supermarkt und Bäcker in der Nähe. Mit dem Bus ist man in ca 15 Minuten in der Goslarer Innenstadt. Das machen wir gerne wieder.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr sauber, geräumig und sehr gut ausgestattet. Sie liegt in einer ruhigen Wohnlage und ist nur ca. 400 m von einem Supermarkt, Bäcker, einer Apotheke und einer Sparkasse entfernt. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt, vor allem die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Freundliche Vermieter, die Schlüsselübergabe funktionierte sehr gut, die Wohnung im Dachgeschoss ist sehr sauber, das Wohnzimmer sehr geräumig, Internetnetzugang und TV mit DVD Abspieler funktionierten auch sehr gut. schöne Wohnung in ruhiger Lage mit sehr netten Vermietern

Die Wohnung im ersten Stock besticht erstmal durch ihr herausragendes Wohnzimmer und den schönen Balkon. Es ist alles vorhanden was man sich wünscht für einen erholsamen, entspannten Aufenthalt. Die Einrichtung ansonsten ist zweckmäßig, größtenteils neuwertig und wirkt frisch renoviert. Vor allem ist alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Man kommt an und kann sich direkt wohl fühlen. Als Ausgangspunkt für Erkundungstouren in den nördlichen Harz und Umgebung (von Halberstadt über Wernigerode, Goslar bis hin zu Braunlage und Clausthal Zellerfeld) ist die Lage ideal. Es gibt viel zu entdecken und viel zu erleben.
