Spacious Home with Heated Pool & Billiard sleep 18

This newly renovated home is very spacious and luxurious that can host any type of gathering with comfortably sleeping for everyone (sleep 18) It features a swimming pool that can be heated upon request ($150/night minimum 2 nights), pool table, smart TVs, High Speed WiFi and premium beddings! It is centrally in Dallas that's close to Plano, Richardson, Addison and many tourist attractions. We provide complimentary toiletries and coffee. It has many rooms with a cute courtyard to enjoy.

This single family cornered lot home is very spacious and inviting upon entering the house. It has an open floor plan with splits bedrooms layout for great privacy. It has a formal dining room that can seat up to 8 people, kitchen with a breakfast room than can fit up to 6 people. The living room has a large sofa set with an ottoman that can be pulled in to make it a sleeper. Across from the living room, is the game room with a pool table for some entertainment and a Bluetooth speaker that can be connected to any smart devices. Walking out of the game room will be the patio area with lounging area and a firepit table that uses propane (guest will have to refill the propane themselves if it's out). The swimming pool can be heated for off season (heating is an extra $150/night with minimum 2 nights). The house have four bedrooms and the 5th bedroom is a converted garage with HVAC installed. The master bedroom and bedroom #2 will have a private door that lead to a cute courtyard area to hangout. Most of the rooms will have smart TVs that equipped with Netflix, Hulu, HBOMax and Sling TV. This spacious house will bring many great memories and experience for your group.

The home is large but quite dated. In addition the listing (when we booked) said there were two double futons, which were not there. They have since removed them from the listing after telling me that was misleading. The kitchen is very sparsely furnished. Don’t count on having basics like wine opener, cleaning items, dish washer soap, or hot pads. There were no plastic dinnerware or cups provided, despite the listing stating otherwise. And make sure to bring pool towels. The cooking grill outside was filthy when we arrived. Enjoyed having a pool table and pool for entertainment. And the AC in the converted garage worked well.

Great House

Overall the house was great. Spacious shared spaces (living room/ dining room). The room layout was also good (2 rooms on one side of the house and 2 on the other side). The converted garage was comfortable (quiet and dark). The only issue with the converted garage is it only has access to one small bathroom that is shared with another room. Worked out ok though. The main complaint is that the kitchen is pretty poorly equipped (maybe 4/10). The cookware is old/rusty, there aren't many mixing bowls or leftover containers, no sharp knives, no wine bottler opener (I bought one and left it there), no grilling utensils or grill brush, no kid-friendly dishes (all glass). The pool was great. We got it heated and it was super worth it (in January). Kids loved it. Quiet neighborhood. All in all a good place to stay and I would visit again.
