This home is situated in a quiet residential neighborhood in Apache Junction, Arizona. Single level, located on a dead-end street. Charming and clean, with an eat-in kitchen, a fully fenced yard, laundry nook, a nice sized storage shed and covered parking. Across the street from the Tonto National Forest and adjacent to Arizona State and Bureau of Land Management Land. The neighborhood is 10 minutes from the AJ Public Library, Frys Foods, various restaurants and other shopping, the Goldfield Mining town that has live music, food, the Lost Dutchman park, Superstition Mountain, numerous lakes, birdwatching, hiking, and 20 minutes from medical facilities. Plenty of off-street parking. Deer, javalina, coyotes, horses, bunnies, quail, bobcats, migratory birds are commonly sighted.
