Great stay for family of young adults and good dogs! We used all of the amenities, enjoyed hiking and shopping. We cooked every meal but didn’t notice there isn’t a dining table inside — we sat around the large coffee table. Might want to bring your own chef’s knives for cooking big meals. Thoughtful Christmas decor. Thank you, Chas.

Perfect Get Away!

Just as described - lots of room with a perfect floor plan to enjoy the peaceful surroundings! I took our family of 5 & we had so much with all the games available, did some kayaking, hiking & downtown sightseeing in Elijay - everything is close by! Definitely recommend & look forward to staying again!

Awesome Family Friendly Cabin

Great host, great location, great cabin. What else could you ask for? Very family friendly and dog friendly. The kids really loved the bunk room with TV’s for each bunk! The kids and the dogs loved the creek. My wife and I enjoyed the back porch. We will be staying here again.

Perfect getaway!

Loved our stay. The outdoor spaces were amazing, my hubby loved the downstairs entertainment area. Great open floorplan, everything was nice and clean. Enjoyed an afternoon by the water reading a book and hearing it in the mornings/evenings. Chas was super responsive when a few questions came up before/during our stay. We wouldn't hesitate to book again!

Beautiful Cabin

Communication with the owner was easy. We had a few minor issues that Chas made sure to take care of ASAP! Beautiful spot with plenty to do at the cabin (games, creek, fire pit) when winding down in the evening. Only 45 mins from all of our Blue ridge activities. Would stay again!

My family and I had a great time at Turkey Creek! We relaxed and watched movies, sat on the back porch and enjoyed the creek and mountain air! We loved the chairs down by the creek. We appreciated them letting us bring our pups! We loved the area and was close to a bunch of fun activities. Hope to go back someday!

We had a wonderful time at the cabin. It was just as advertised and the kitchen was fully stocked. We enjoyed sitting down by the creek and roasting marshmallows and the kids played in the creek. Great Location for Family Vacation

We travel to this area every year; this was our 4th cabin we have stayed in. It was very clean and well stocked for our visit. There have been extra things put in place that we noticed to deal with bug and bees, something that we appreciated. The property was easy to access, and it was nicely secluded from the other cabins in the area. The outdoor area's were comfortable and it was neat to sit on the deck and have movie night. It was an easy walk down to the creek and firepit. Our kids really liked the game area and having their own private bunk beds with their own TV. The only thing that may be something to add was an indoor dining table. We will look to return next year for sure.

Beautiful home - amazing hosts

I looked a very long time before choosing a cabin that was perfect for my family and I. I definitely made the right decision. The hosts were very accommodating, check-in and check-out details were simple and well explained, and it was very easy to communicate with host, with an immediate response. The cabin is beautiful, very clean, had everything you could think of that you needed, like you were at home, and the beds were super comfortable. The hot tub was on, clean and amazing! The game room was also awesome with so many things to do for both adults and kids. As a matter of fact, we will soon be purchasing one of those infinity game tables. Being on the steam was perfect. When quiet, listening to it, especially at night was so relaxing. If you are looking, you have found the perfect place! As a matter of fact, we will be retuning after the 1st of the year, and there is no where else we would stay!!

A Beautiful Quiet Cabin

We stayed at this beautiful cabin with my husband and family. The cabin was absolutely wonderful! It was very clean, well stocked with everything we could of needed and decorated beautifully. There was more than enough room for my entire family of 7 to be comfortable. It was very nice to have 2 master suites on the main level. That was very beneficial for my older parents. We enjoyed relaxing on the upper deck listening to the creek as well as watching the Braves game. We also made good use of the table on the upper deck for most of our meals enjoying the shade and privacy. Our family had a lot of fun playing ping pong, shuffle board, and numerous board games. We really enjoyed the endless games on the Infinity game table (Monopoly, Trouble, Sorry, Battleship, Operation and many more). The large smart T.V. in the lower level was perfect for an afternoon football game. We spent a lot of time outside enjoying the brand new fire pit! The swings were really comfortable and it was so relaxing to listen to the creek. The owners were so kind to provide a smores kit! It had everything we needed to enjoy some delicious smores. The owners went above and beyond to make our visit amazing. They responded so quickly to any questions we had and we felt confident that if we would of had any issues (which we did not) they would of handled them immediately. We will definitely be returning to this cabin again!

Perfection!

Hands down, one of THE BEST cabins we’ve stayed in & we’ve been making this trip for 10+ years! We have a 7 year old & an 18 month old, so finding a place that suits them equally is tough- but not with this place!! We loved it’s location..just perfectly off the beaten path to feel secluded but only a 10-15 minute drive to the nearest grocery store, multiple winery’s & downtown Ellijay. The main level is wide open, inviting & full of beautiful tall windows. The kitchen was so well stocked (one of the best we’ve ever seen) & all of the bedrooms were incredibly cozy- easy to wind down at the end of the night! The basement..it was a DREAM! We spent most of our time down there as it was my daughters favorite place to be! The Infinity game table was a hit for all of us & we spent countless evenings playing ping pong & shuffleboard. The owner was so kind in leaving the cutest basket of marshmallows, chocolate & graham crackers..we throughly enjoyed making s’mores together! The cabin itself was in pristine condition, it was spotlessly clean & had a great stock of towels, wash cloths & toilet paper- we never even had to dig into our own supply! You can immediately tell there was SO much thought put into this cabin- they make sure you feel right at home!! We will absolutely be back!

Great cabin, highly recommend

This cabin was very clean. The beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms were clean and well stocked with everything you need. There was plenty of room for 4 adults and 3 kids. The kids loved the creek. We debated whether to stay at a place with a little creek or more of a river. The creek was the better choice because it was shallow and the kids could get in, walk around, look for rocks, etc. and we didn't have to worry. The cabin is a little off the beaten path down a gravel road, but you can get to the grocery in about 15 minutes. The game room was great for everyone. We loved the Infinity table. White water rafting is about 30 minutes away (class 3 and 4) or 1.5 hours away (class 1 and 2). We took a day trip to the Nantahala for rafting and highly recommend it. The Dahlonega gold mine is about 45 minutes away. The kids loved the tour of the gold mine and panning for gold. If you have kids, it's a short trip and worth it (call ahead to see when they can accommodate you). We would definitely return. Chas checked in with us and answered all our questions. He was super friendly and helpful. We had no issues at the cabin. Everything worked well, and it was stocked with e everything we needed. I highly recommend this place.

Nice Long Weekend

Beautiful cabin! Clean, well equipped and stocked! Close in proximity to city of Ellijay and several wineries. The only feedback I would give is to have a sign or the house number posted. We arrived after dark and it was tough to find due to leaves all over the road. The note about GPS was helpful and note that Waze took us to the wrong place altogether.

Owning a cabin in the Blue Ridge/Ellijay area has been a long time dream of mine. I've also always known it would be waterfront. Something about the creek rippling by has always put me at peace, throw in the fact that this cabin is breathtakingly beautiful, EXTREMELY PRIVATE, and has all the amenities I needed. It was perfect for me and my family and I knew we would love sharing it with others.
