No parties, no trailers without prior permission. Parking is limited to 3-4 cars. There is a $100 accidental damage insurance and management fee you will need to pay when booking with us.

While the property is child friendly it is not necessarily child-proof. Parents will need to bring any childproofing required.
While the property is "pet friendly" there are some guidelines for pets:
1. You must tell us in advance if you have a pet or a service animal if you plan to bring one.
2. Pets 60lbs and under only, maximum of two pets.
3. Pets must be fully house trained (incontinence, behavioral).
4. Pets must be treated for fleas and vaccinated.
5. There is a $20/day per pet non-refundable pet fee. It is NOT an 'extra cleaning fee'.
6. Pet owners must sign the pet agreement.
Pool heat is not included automatically. It is only available during certain times of the year and usually when air temperatures are between 50-75 degrees Fahrenheit. There is a reasonable pool heat fee that would be added if you choose to heat it. The pool heat fee is $100. Please inquire if desired.
*FOR STAYS 29 DAYS OR LONGER: We REQUIRE cleanings every 2 weeks during longer stays. The cleaning fee is much less than the departure cleaning fee at $175, however, you will be responsible for this fee for each clean during your stay. You must authorize this as a separate charge. You must also be flexible to allow our staff entry into the home for approximately 1-2 hours to perform regular cleaning tasks each time. We will coordinate the schedule directly with you. Please also note that this price does not include linens but that service is available for an additional cost. Please inquire.
Indemnification and Hold Harmless Policy – You agree to the following stipulations upon booking:
Guest and their other house occupants agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Owner for any liabilities, damage, cost or expense whatsoever arising from or related to any claim in connection with your use and/or occupancy of the Vacation Rental, including, but not limited to, any claim or liability for personal injury, damage, loss of personal belongings or theft of property which is made, incurred or sustained by you and/or anyone you invite to use the Vacation Rental as your guest. You stay and play at your own risk. Guests and their other house occupants agree to exercise caution in the pool and pool area, on the deck areas, and stairways. All furnishings and equipment provided are maintained to the best of our ability but since Owner has no control over what guests do or how things are used, Owner cannot guarantee functionality or safety. It is the responsibility of the guest(s) to take caution before using anything and to immediately notify the Owner if an item is not functioning properly or appears to be unsafe. Non-functioning amenities will be repaired as soon as reasonably possible therefore there is no refund promised.
Arbitration -All claims or disputes between the Guest and the Owner arising out of or relating to the Contract Agreements shall be decided by arbitration in accordance with the Construction Industry Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association currently in effect unless the parties mutually agree otherwise. The award rendered by the arbitrator or arbitrators shall be final, and judgment may be entered upon it in accordance with applicable law in any court having jurisdiction thereof. If the Owner prevails the Guest shall be liable to the Owner for attorney’s fees and costs incurred by the Owner.

I live nearby and am available for any questions or concerns or issues that may arise. Other than that I allow my guests quiet enjoyment of the space.
In Garden City Beach, just So. of Myrtle Beach, a quiet/family beach, yet close to everything Myrtle Beach has to offer. It is in the Murrells Inlet area known for its seafood restaurant row and the Marsh Walk.
This rental is for the entire 5 bedroom house, so you will have access to everything the house has to offer it's guests!
'Chill-Inn' is a roomy 2700 sq ft twin house (the other side is a separate house.. each side has its own pool/driveway and super thick walls))w/ 5 bedrooms and 4.5 ba. and it's own private pool which is not shared with the other side. Super comfortable mattresses, bed and bath linens are provided, an extra large/open yet cozy living area with a big screen TV with Roku, foosball table. Laundry room w/ full sized washer and dryer. Well stocked and large kitchen can cook just about any meal and is open to the dining and living area with Corian counters & stainless steel appliances and an extra mini-fridge. 50' LCD TV, DVD, Playstation 2 & LCD Flat panels in all bedrooms! Fast wireless Internet and cable TV. Your own private heatable pool (can be heated for a reasonable fee), yard & sundeck.
The master is on the first floor with a king bed and full bath. There are 4 bedrooms upstairs. One with two twin beds, one with two queen beds with attached bathroom, and the other two have one queen each. One of the single queen rooms has its own bathroom and the other single queen room shares a bathroom with the twin bedroom.
You can get around most of what Garden City Beach has to offer by walking or by golf cart. To get to the Myrtle Beach boardwalk, you will need to drive about 12 miles, 10 miles to the airport.
