Thanks for staying at Stacie's Mom's! The note one of your children left in the guest book was stellar! I laughed so hard! Thanks again and come anytime.
We highly recommend this Vrbo. We had a wonderful time in this perfectly located, clean, welcoming, and whimsical farm house. The extra personal touches of coffee, creamer, and muffins was such a pleasant surprise and added bonus. This house offers plenty of amenities. We thoroughly enjoyed the wonderful fire pit and peaceful surroundings. The highlight of our visit to this property was listening to and seeing the Amish horse and carriages pass by the home.

Everything was really good. it was clean and well decorated. The only thing is that the yard and landscape needed clean up.

Hi Jayne,
Thanks for staying with us!
Yes, we are in the process of landscaping the yard, and the rain & heat have made this a bit of a challenge.
Again, thanks for staying with us and please come back anytime!
This home was perfect for our needs, centrally located between Rockville and Turkey Run with many Amish stop n shops just down the road for your farm to table experience. The sauna was the perfect start and ending to our days. We stayed for only 3 nights. With as much as we were able to locally in just two and a half days, we left feeling as if we had a full weeks escape. The home was very easy to settle into upon our arrival.
We stayed here for our anniversary to be near Turkey Run and Shades. Very convenient to the parks. The home itself very cozy and well maintained. We were greeted with a sweet anniversary card and some yummy muffins. We definitely enjoyed the peacefulness of the neighborhood as well. I do recommend this home and would rent again when we return to the area.
Very nice home with modern heat and air conditioning. Great interior of the home, modern appliances and a sauna too! Yard and parking was nice. The Turkey Park pass was a nice addition as well. The home is close to the park.

Thanks for staying with us and being a fantastic guest!
The host was amazing and accommodated our needs. They were super quick to respond when I had questions. The house was great! It had everything we could possibly need and was conveniently located close to Turkey Run. Will definitely be back.
It was a nice old house next to a church very quiet. It was a lovely side yard was a last minute thing because we had a funeral in the area and it was nice to find some thing so Clean.
This home is the perfect spot if you are hiking the local state parks. It’s only 6 minutes from Turkey Run. The house is super cute and eclectic and everything we needed and so much more was provided. Highly recommend!
We were in the area to see the numerous covered bridges in Parke county. The location of this property was perfect for this activity. The home is creatively decorated and the remodel ensured good functionality. We will stay at this property again if we return to the area!

My friends and I stayed here while we did a tour of the nearby Indiana State Sanatorium. The location was great and it fit our needs perfectly.
The house is pretty unique with original woodwork and tastefully decorated. Very clean and had everything we needed(including breakfast which, unfortunately we didn't have time for!).

I truly thankful for your review. Hopefully you’ll be back in our area and can stay again and have time for breakfast. I appreciate you being a wonderful guest.
This is a cozy little home in a small town within a nine minute drive of Turkey Run State park, and nine miles from Shades State Park and Rockville ( which has some quaint specialty and antique stores). The host has it well stocked (above and beyond what most VRBO hosts do) with snacks, condiments, and a coffe bar! Stacie was very responsive to all my texts and questions throughout our stay. It suited my sister and I well for our stay.

Thanks for staying at my home. You were a wonderful guest and even I enjoyed your stay along with your humor! Welcomed anytime!
We’re surprised with some delicious baked goods on our arrival. Kitchen is stocked with coffee and tea to enjoy the vacation from the first minute. Perfect distance to enjoy Turkey Run State park. Sauna was a plus to wind down the day. Our host Stacie, was lovely and responded quickly. Make sure to check your Vrbo inbox to get your code before arrival. We had to find an internet spot before we could enter the house because I forget to my messages. All in all a perfect spring break getaway!
This was a Midwestern rural vacation stay with warmth of a visit to a relative’s home and charm that reminds me of simpler times. It was very clean with thoughtful touches in multiple areas of each room. The hostess has thought of everything with treats in the kitchen, popcorn in the living room, books, decks of cards, inviting clean bedding with sheets and linens and towels and toiletries included. Passes to Turkey Run State Park were quite welcome and unexpected as that was our destination for the weekend. It was perfect for our needs, and our pets were welcomed as well.
House was fantastic. Amenities were great. Nice having outdoor grill and fire pit for use in the evening. Short drive to Turkey Run State Park and other area attractions. Only negative was the back door and main front door did not have dead bolts that worked. Traveling with a family this made me a bit Leary at night that the only lock securing us were handle locks. Other than this everything else was wonderful.

Thanks for staying with us. We were not aware the deadbolt didn’t work on the front door. We simply never used them because the door has a lock and we are in a safe community therefore never feared not having a deadbolt. We are having that issue resolved. A 4 star because of a deadbolt.
Thanks again, Stacie
